And whereas, in the opinion of the Administrator of the Government, it is expedient to vest the said land in the inhabitants of the Rodney County :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall become vested, in trust, for a quarry, for the use of the inhabitants of the Rodney County, and under the control and management of the County Council of such county.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being Section No. 93A, Parish of Ahuroa, and containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 15 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 93, Parish of Ahuroa aforesaid, 565 links; towards the south-east by The Valley Stream; towards the south-west by Section No. 94, Parish of Ahuroa aforesaid, 636·2 links; and towards the north-west by Section No. 93, Parish of Ahuroa aforesaid, 494·9 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this sixteenth day of March, 1892.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto was permanently reserved for a gravel reserve on the twentieth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight :
And whereas, in the opinion of the Administrator of the Government, it is expedient to vest the said land in the inhabitants of the Pahiatua County :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall become vested, in trust, for a gravel-pit, for the use of the inhabitants of the Pahiatua County, and under the control and management of the County Council of such county.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Land District of Wellington, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Section No. 86, Block IV., Mangahao Survey District. Bounded on the north by a public road, 755 links; on the east by Section No. 30, 807 links; on the south by a public road, 500 links; and on the west by a public road, 246 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto was reserved permanently for a gravel-pit on the twenty-sixth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one :
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said land in the inhabitants of the Oxford Road District ;
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the said reserve mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall become vested, in trust, for a gravel-pit, for the use of the inhabitants of the Oxford Road District, and under the control and management of the Board of such district.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land containing 8 acres 3 roods 11 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 2953 (in red), Block XII., on the map of the Oxford Survey District. Bounded towards the north-eastward by a road-line, 1192 links; towards the south-eastward by Section No. 30861, 1481 links; and towards the south-westward by a road-line, 1934 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on the map deposited in the Survey Office, Christchurch.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto was permanently reserved for plantation purposes on the twenty-sixth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one :
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said land in the inhabitants of the Ashburton County :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall become vested, in trust, for plantation purposes, for the use of the inhabitants of the Ashburton County, and under the control and management of the County Council of such county.

ALL that parcel of land situate in Block VIII., Rangitata Survey District, Land District of Canterbury, containing 108 acres 1 rood 24 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 2952, and formerly part of Reserve No. 1650. Bounded towards the north-west by Lots Nos. 5 and 3 of said reserve, a distance of 11136·1 links; towards the north-east by a continuation of the road forming the north-east boundary of said Lot No. 3, a distance of 621 links; towards the south-east by Reserves Nos. 1449 and 2848, a distance of 11092·7 links; and towards the south-west by Lot No. 8 of Reserve No. 1650, a distance of 1031·1 links: as the same is more particularly delineated on the map deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Christchurch.
