Setting apart Land in the Auckland Land District for Leasing as Small Grazing-runs under “The Land Act, 1885.”

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the one hundred and ninety-seventh section of “The Land Act, 1885,” and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, James Prendergast, the Administrator of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby set aside the pastoral lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto, under Part VII. of the said Act (subject to existing rights), and also do hereby subdivide the same as grazing-runs in the areas respectively in the said Schedule mentioned.

Vesting Reserves in the Hobson County.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this sixteenth day of March, 1892.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto were permanently reserved for public purposes and as road reserves on the thirteenth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Administrator of the Government, it is expedient to vest the said land in the inhabitants of the Hobson County:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserves mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall become vested, in trust, for public purposes and as road reserves, for the use of the inhabitants of the Hobson County, and under the control and management of the County Council of such county.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being Section No. 130 of the Parish of Kopuru, and containing by admeasurement 17 acres 1 rood, more or less. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 129 of the Parish of Kopuru, 2055 links; towards the east by the abutment of a road and by Section No. 95 of the same parish, 1087 links; towards the south by a public road, 1245 links; and towards the south-west by a public road, 914 and 621 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For public purposes.
All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being Section No. 91A of the Parish of Tatarariki, and containing by admeasurement 17 acres 2 roods, more or less. Bounded towards the north by a public road, 1072 and 1543 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 91 of the Parish of Tatarariki, 3229 links; and towards the west by a public road, 68 and 1404 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For public purposes.
All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being Section No. 73 of the Parish of Tatarariki, and containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 34 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 738 links; towards the south by Section No. 41 of the Parish of Tatarariki, 344 links; towards the south-west by Section No. 63 of the same parish, 571 links; and towards the north-west by said Section No. 63, 300 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For a road reserve.
All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being Section No. 72 of the Parish of Tatarariki, and containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 12 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north by a public road, 500 links; towards the north-east by a public road, 300 links; and towards the south-east and south-west by Section No. 48 of the Parish of Tatarariki, 463 and 488 links respectively, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For a road reserve.
All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being Section No. 71 of the Parish of Tatarariki, and containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods, more or less. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 49 of the Parish of Tatarariki, 442 links; towards the north-east by said Section No. 49, 310 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 365 links; and towards the south-west by Section No. 49 aforesaid, 450 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For a road reserve.

And whereas, in the opinion of the Administrator of the Government, it is expedient to vest the said land in the inhabitants of the Tamaki West Road District:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the said reserve mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall become vested, in trust, for a quarry, for the use of the inhabitants of the Tamaki West Road District, and under the control and management of the Board of such district.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being Allotment No. 55B of Section No. 12, Suburbs of Auckland, and containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north by a road, 81 links; towards the north-east by a road, 321 and 285 links; towards the south-east by Allotment No. 55A of Section No. 12 aforesaid, 1030 links; and towards the east by a road, 67, 537, and 715 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
