All that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District bounded towards the north-east by Sections Nos. 23, 29, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 2 of Block XII., Woodville Survey District; towards the east and south-east generally by a road-line passing Sections Nos. 34 and 5 of said block, and Sections Nos. 18, 64, 62, and 179 of Block VII., by Section No. 180, to the Native Reserve (200), by a right line thence to the eastern corner of Section No. 83, and by Sections Nos. 84 and 99; towards the south-west generally by Sections Nos. 157, 156, and 155, by a road-line north-west of said section and south-west of Section No. 114, across a road-line, and by Sections Nos. 143 and 141, across a road-line, and by Section No. 135; and towards the west generally by a road-line north-west of Sections Nos. 134 and 133, by the Mangaatua River, by Section No. 178, a cemetery reserve, and a forest reserve.

NEW PLYMOUTH FACTORY DISTRICT.

All that area in the Taranaki Land District bounded towards the north-west by the ocean; towards the north-east by Hua District; towards the south-east by Sections Nos. 204 and 203, Waiwakaiho Hundred, and by a road-line south-east of Sections Nos. 184, 84, and 83, Grey District, and continued to Section No. 39; and towards the south-west by a road-line bounding Sections Nos. 39, 25, 16, 8, and Native Reserve No. 1 to the ocean.

NELSON FACTORY DISTRICT.

Bounded towards the north-east generally from a point on the Boulder Bank being in line with the production of the south-western boundary-line of Section No. 4; thence by a right line from said point to Section No. 4; thence by Sections Nos. 4, 62, 29, 25, and 31 to a creek intersecting the latter section; thence by said creek to the River Maitai; thence by said river to the eastern boundary of Section No. 32; thence by the eastern and southern boundaries of the latter section and the south-eastern boundary of Sections Nos. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20 to the Waterworks Reserve; thence by the south-east generally by the south-eastern boundary of the said Waterworks Reserve to the road forming the eastern boundary of Section No. 30; thence by said road to the southernmost corner of Section No. 96; thence towards the south-west generally by the south-western boundaries of Sections Nos. 96, 18, 17, 29, 31, 33, and 35 to the westernmost corner of the latter section; thence by the north-western boundary of Sections Nos. 35 and 28 and the south-western boundaries of Sections Nos. 10, 18, 19, 82, 83, 84, and 85 to the ocean; and thence generally towards the north-west by the ocean.

HOKITIKA FACTORY DISTRICT.

Bounded towards the north-east by the Hauhau Creek; towards the south-east by the Cement Lead Track to the Paddock Road; thence by the Paddock Road to the Pine-tree Road; thence by the Pine-tree Road and its production to the right bank of the Hokitika River; thence by a right line to a road intersecting Native Reserve No. 24; thence by that road and its production to meet a line in continuation of the south-western boundary of Section No. 1046; thence by said line in continuation of the south-western boundary of Section No. 1046 to the ocean; and towards the north-west by the ocean.

OAMARU FACTORY DISTRICT.

Bounded towards the north by the road forming the northern boundary of Section No. 35, Block II., Oamaru Survey District, and its continuation through Section No. 50, by the road forming the northern boundary of Section No. 61, the western boundary of Sections Nos. 54 and 55, and the north-eastern boundaries of said section and its continuation to the ocean; towards the east generally by the ocean; towards the south by the ocean; towards the west by the road forming the western boundary of Section No. 51; again towards the south by the road forming the southern boundary of Sections Nos. 46 and 37; and towards the west by the road forming the eastern boundaries of Sections Nos. 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26, Block IV., Oamaru Survey District, and of Sections Nos. 28, 27, 26, 25, 24, 23, and 22, Block II., Oamaru Survey District.

TIMARU FACTORY DISTRICT.

Bounded towards the north generally by the south-western boundary of Reserve No. 1308 and its continuation across the Southern Trunk Railway-line to Section No. 7458; thence by the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of the latter section and by a line in continuation of the said north-eastern boundary across the Waitarakao Lagoon to the ocean; thence towards the east generally by the ocean to Craigie’s Road; thence by Craigie’s Road to the Main South Road; thence towards the west generally by the said Main South Road and the Otipua Creek to the westernmost corner of Section No. 4908; thence by the north-western boundary of the latter section and the road forming the south-western boundary of Section No. 3976 to the Wai-iti Road; thence by the said road to the road forming the western boundary of Sections Nos. 4966 and 3989 to the Upper Washdyke Road; thence by the said road and the road forming the eastern boundary of Sections Nos. 2336, 2124, and 3752 to the southernmost corner of Section No. 3932; thence by the western boundary of the latter section and the south-western boundary of Section No. 2094 to the Washdyke Creek; thence by the said Washdyke Creek to the Main South Road; and thence by the said Main South Road.
