THAMES FACTORY DISTRICT.

All that area in the Auckland Land District bounded towards the south-west by the waters of Hauraki Gulf; towards the north by Waihoanga No. 1 Block; towards the north-east by a right line to the northern corner of Karaka North No. 1; thence by Blocks Nos. 1 and 2 to the eastern corner of Karaka South No. 1 Block; towards the east by a right line; thence to the northern corner of Hape South No. 2, by the north and east boundaries of that block, by Native land, by Church Mission Society land to the Kauaeranga River, by a right line across said river, and by the left bank of that river to the road-line leading to Papawai Railway-station at Section No. 1333, and by that road and its production to the Hauraki Gulf.

BLENHEIM FACTORY DISTRICT.

All that area in the Marlborough Land District bounded towards the north generally by the Opawa River, the road forming the north-western boundaries of Sections Nos. 39, 40, and 41, and the road forming the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of Section No. 42, Cloudy Bay District, to the Wairau River, and by that river; towards the east generally by Sections Nos. 20, 19, a public road, Section 15, the Opawa River, and Section No. 35, Cloudy Bay District, across a road, and by Section No. 34, Taylor Pass District; towards the south generally by Sections Nos. 2 and 3, Block II., and Sections Nos. 49, 48, and 4 of Block II., and Section No. 31, Taylor Pass District; and towards the west generally by Section No. 32, Taylor Pass District, across a road, and by Sections Nos. 14 and 13, Cloudy Bay District, a road-line, Section No. 55, a road-line, and Section No. 65, Cloudy Bay District, to the Opawa River.

INVERCARGILL FACTORY DISTRICT.

All that area in the Southland Land District bounded towards the north generally by Sections Nos. 101, 100, 99, 98, 26, and 1, Block XV., Invercargill Hundred, the road forming the eastern boundary of Block XV., and by the road forming the southern boundaries of Sections Nos. 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20, Block IV.; towards the east generally by the road intersecting Section No. 6, Block IV., by Section No. 5, Block IV., the Waihopai River, Sections Nos. 9 and 13, Block II., the road forming the southern boundary of Section No. 8, Block II., the road forming the eastern boundary of Block I., the road forming the southern boundaries of Sections Nos. 44, 45, 46, and 47, Block II., by Section No. 68, Block II., and Section No. 40, Block XXII., to the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned section; thence by a right line to the road forming the eastern boundary of Section No. 30, Block XXII., Invercargill Hundred, by that road and its production in a southerly direction to the north-eastern boundary of Block II., Campbelltown Hundred; towards the south generally by that boundary, by Sections Nos. 17 and 14, Block II., and the Mokotua Creek; and towards the west generally by the New River Estuary to a point in line with the western boundary-line of Section No. 32, Block XV., Invercargill Hundred; thence to and by that boundary-line, and by Section No. 9, Block XV., Invercargill Hundred.

NAPIER FACTORY DISTRICT.

All that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District bounded towards the north by Alfred Street, on the Western Spit, and its production, and by the ocean; towards the east by the ocean to a point due east of the north side of the road-line north of the Awaapuraho Creek; towards the south by a right line to and by that road-line and its continuation past Sections Nos. 1, 43, 42, 41, 40, and 39 to the Tutaekuri River; and generally towards the west by that river to the bridge north of Block CXXIV.; thence by a due west line to a point due south of the intersection of the western production of Alfred Street with the waters of the inner harbour; and thence by a right line to such intersection.

PALMERSTON NORTH FACTORY DISTRICT.

All that area in the Wellington Land District bounded towards the north-west by Sections Nos. 1593, 1592, 1591, 1588, 1587, 1584, 1583, 1580, 1577, 1574, 1573, 1569, 1567, 1566, and 1563, and by a road-line south-west of Section No. 427 and south-east of said section and Sections Nos. 428, 551, 552, 531, 514, and 521; towards the north-east generally by a road-line south-west of Sections Nos. 513, 512, 511, 510, and 509, south-east of said sections and Section No. 1531, and south-west of Sections Nos. 53, 52, 51, 50, 49, 48, and 9, across a road-line, and by Sections Nos. 407, 401, and 394 to the Manawatu River; towards the south-east generally by the said river; and towards the south-west generally by a road-line south-west of Sections Nos. 23, 24, 25, and 7.

DEVONPORT FACTORY DISTRICT.

All that area in the Auckland Land District bounded towards the north-west by a road-line being the south-east boundary of Allotments Nos. 26, 27, 28, and 29 of Section No. 1, Parish of Takapuna, and extending from Shoal Bay to the ocean; towards the north-east by the ocean; and towards the south and south-west generally by the waters of Waitemata Harbour.

BIRKENHEAD FACTORY DISTRICT.

All that area in the Auckland Land District bounded towards the north-west by a road-line commencing at Waitemata Harbour, and passing through Allotments Nos. 79, 34, and 18, and north of 153, all of the Parish of Paremoremo, through Allotment No. 169, Parish of Takapuna, north-west and north-east of Allotment No. 87 of Parish of Paremoremo; towards the east by that road-line continued, being the eastern boundary of Allotments Nos. 204, 119, 120, 111, and 110 of Takapuna Parish; again towards the north-east by Allotments Nos. 99 and 96, and by a road-line being the southern boundary of Allotments Nos. 44, 43, 22, 23, 24, and by Allotment No. 24 to Shoal Bay; and towards the south and south-west generally by Waitemata Harbour.

GISBORNE FACTORY DISTRICT.

All that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District bounded towards the north-east generally by the north-east and north-west boundary lines of the North Gisborne Township, from the Waimata River, to and by a road-line passing to the south-west of Sections Nos. 6, 1, 47, 41, 38, and passing through Matokitoki Block; towards the west generally by the Whataupoko No. 1 Block, by a road-line bounding Sections Nos. 51, 50, 49, and 48, and passing to the north of Sections Nos. 22, 21, and 20, by said Section No. 20, and its south-east boundary-line produced across the river, by a cemetery reserve, across a road-line, and by Subdivisions D and C of Matawhero B or No. 5 Block, by Section No. 5 to its south-east corner, by a right line thence to the northern corner of Subdivision A of Awapuni Block, by that subdivision to the Awapuni Lagoon, and by a due south line to the ocean; towards the south by the ocean; and towards the south-east generally by the south and south-east boundary-lines of Kaiti Township, and by a road-line passing to the south-east of Sections Nos. 259, 1, 2, 9, 8, 10, 11, and 261, and east of Section No. 267; and towards the north by a road-line passing to the south of Section No. 7 to the Waimata River.

HASTINGS FACTORY DISTRICT.

All that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District bounded towards the north-west by Allotment No. 5 or A, Heretaunga Block, and the production of the south-eastern boundary-line of that allotment through Section No. 4 or B from Ngaruroro River to Ohiwia Stream; towards the north-east by that stream; towards the east and south-east generally by the Ngaruroro River, by Mangateretere East Block, by Blocks IX. and XV., by a road-line being south boundary of Sections Nos. 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 23, 22, 21, and by Block VI. to a road-line south-west of Section No. 26; and towards the south-west generally by that road-line and its continuation by Sections Nos. 51, 50, and 27, by Awanui Stream to the Ngaruroro River, by a right-line across said river, and by said river to Allotment No. 5 or A, first mentioned.

MASTERTON FACTORY DISTRICT.

All that area in the Wellington Land District bounded towards the east generally by the Ruamahanga River, from Section No. 1, adjoining the Masterton Small-farms Block, to a point due east of the north-east corner of Section No. 79 of said block; thence by a right line to the northern corner of a small Native reserve adjoining Section No. 22, by the northern and eastern boundary-lines of that Section No. 22, the eastern and southern boundary-lines of Section No. 11 and of Potaerau Block to the Ruamahanga River, by a due west line across said river and by the said river; towards the south-west by the Waingawa River to Section No. 250;
