save as is therein mentioned, to any person or persons for
any period, and subject to such stipulations as may be
specified in such order, and that every such delegation may
from time to time in like manner be altered or revoked:
And whereas pursuant to “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,”
by an Order in Council of even date herewith, the land
described in the Schedule thereto is declared to be brought
under the operation of and to be subject to the provisions of
the said “Public Domains Act, 1881:”

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor, by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
Colony of New Zealand, doth, by this present order, delegate
all the powers conferred by the Act first above mentioned,
except the powers under or conferred by sections five and
twelve thereof, to

The WAITOTARA-MOMOHAKI ROAD BOARD,
who shall be known as the Waitotara Domain Board (herein
referred to as “the Board”), subject to the stipulations
hereinafter contained, that is to say,—

  1. The Board shall meet for the transaction of business on
    the first Wednesday in each month, at two o’clock p.m.,
    at the Road Board Office, Waitotara, or at such other time
    or place as may from time to time be fixed by the Board.
    The first meeting shall be held on Wednesday, the sixth
    day of January, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-
    one.

  2. Special meetings may be convened by the Chairman or
    by any two members of the Board, provided that two days’
    notice of such meeting be given to each member, specifying
    the business to be transacted at such special meeting, and
    no other business than that so specified shall be transacted
    at such meeting.

  3. Any three of the said Board shall form a quorum. Any
    meeting may be adjourned from time to time.

  4. The members of the Board shall, at their first meeting,
    and thereafter at an annual meeting to be held on the first
    Wednesday in January in every succeeding year thereafter,
    elect one of themselves to be Chairman, who may join in the
    discussion, and shall have an original as well as a casting
    vote. The Chairman shall hold office until the election of
    his successor.

  5. If at any meeting the Chairman is not present at the
    time appointed for holding the same, the members present
    shall choose some one of their number to be Chairman of
    such meeting.

  6. If, by resignation, death, or incapacity, or otherwise,
    the office of Chairman shall be or become vacant, the mem-
    bers may at any monthly or special meeting appoint a Chair-
    man.

  7. All questions shall be determined by the majority of
    votes of the members of the Board present at a meeting.

Vesting a Reserve in the Waitotara-Momohaki Road
Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this third
day of December, 1891.

Present:

THE HONOURABLE THE PREMIER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto
was reserved for a public pound: And whereas, in
the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said
land in the Road Board of the Waitotara-Momohaki Dis-
trict:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the
powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section
of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” doth hereby declare
that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the said
reserve mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall become
vested in the Road Board of the Waitotara-Momohaki Dis-
trict, in trust, for a public pound.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that piece or parcel of land in the Land District of
Wellington, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or
less, being Section No. 151, Township of Waitotara. Bounded
on the north-east by Section No. 152, 200 links; on the
south-east by Trent Street, 125 links; on the south-west by
Section No. 150, 200 links; and on the north-west by Section
No. 297, Block XII., Wairoa District, 125 links: be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on
the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wel-
ington.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this third
day of December, 1891.

Present:

THE HONOURABLE THE PREMIER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto
was reserved for a ferry: And whereas it is expe-
dient that the said land should be vested in the Raglan
County Council:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the
powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section
of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” doth hereby declare
that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve
mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the
Chairman, Councillors, and inhabitants of the Raglan County,
in trust, for a ferry reserve.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Land District of Auckland,
situate in the Parish of Waipa, being Suburban Section No.
38, containing by admeasurement 50 acres, more or less.
Bounded towards the north by Suburban Section No. 37;
towards the east by the Waipa River; towards the south by
Suburban Section No. 39; and towards the west by the State
Forest Reserve.

and Pastoral Association (Incorporated).

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto
was reserved for a site for the purpose of an agri-
cultural and pastoral association:

And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expe-
dient to vest the said land in the Woodville Central Agricul-
tural and Pastoral Association (Incorporated):

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the
powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section
of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” doth hereby declare
that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the said
reserve shall become vested in the Woodville Central
Agricultural and Pastoral Association (Incorporated), in
trust, for a site for a show-ground.

Bay, containing by admeasurement 12 acres 2 roods, being

of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the
powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section
of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” doth hereby declare
that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the said
reserve shall become vested in the Kelso Agricultural and
Pastoral Association (Incorporated), in trust, for a site for a
show-ground,
