SCHEDULE.

ALL that piece or parcel of land in the Land District of Otago, containing by admeasurement 11 acres 3 roods 23 perches, more or less, situate in the Town of Kelso, and being Sections Nos. 24, 25, and 26 of Block VII. of the said town. Bounded towards the north-west by part of the Pomahaka River Reserve, 1444 links; towards the north-east by Sections Nos. 1 to 10 of the same block, 1711 links; and towards the south by Teviot Street, 2826 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Vesting a Reserve in the Mangere Road Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this third day of December, 1891.

Present:

THE HONOURABLE THE PREMIER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto was reserved as a bridge reserve: And whereas it is expedient that the said land should be vested in the Road Board of the Mangere District:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of "The Public Reserves Act, 1881," doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Road Board of the Mangere District, in trust for a bridge reserve.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Land District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Section No. 46, Suburbs of Mangere. Bounded towards the north-west generally by Manukau Harbour; towards the east by Section No. 17, Suburbs of Mangere; and towards the south by a road-line. For a bridge reserve.

Delegating Powers under "The Cemeteries Act, 1882," to the Tuapeka County Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this third day of December, 1891.

THE HONOURABLE THE PREMIER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN exercise and pursuance of the powers vested in him by "The Cemeteries Act 1882 Amendment Act, 1885," and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Right Honourable William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby delegate to the Tuapeka County Council the powers conferred upon him by section six of "The Cemeteries Act, 1882," as to the appointment and removal of Trustees for the cemetery described in the Schedule hereto; and doth declare that this Order in Council shall take effect as from the first day of January next.

SCHEDULE.

TUAPEKA MOUTH CEMETERY.

ALL that area in the Land District of Otago, containing 10 acres, more or less, being Section No. 96, Block I., Waitahuna West District. Bounded towards the north by part of Section No. 76, 1000 links; towards the east by other part of said Section No. 76, 1000 links; towards the south by other part of Section No. 76, 1000 links; and towards the west by a road-line, 1000 links, and connected with Trig. Station P by a line bearing 264Β° 12' S.W., distant 969.6 links, to a point 201.7 links from the north-east corner of said Section No. 96.

Land temporarily reserved in the Land Districts of Auckland, Hawke's Bay, Wellington, Canterbury, and Otago.

WHEREAS by the two hundred and twenty-seventh section of "The Land Act, 1885," it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Land Districts of Auckland, Hawke's Bay, Wellington, Canterbury, and Otago, described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said Schedule specified.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND.

ALL that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being Allotments Nos. 13, 14, 15, and 16 of Section No. 11 of the Town of Russell, and containing by admeasurement 2 roods 9 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north by Chapel Street, 110 links; towards the south-east by Baker Street, 337 links; towards the south-west by a public road, 280 links; and towards the north-west, north-east, and again towards the north-west by land granted to the Rev. R. C. Baker, 135, 183, and 155 links respectively, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For a school-site.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being Allotments Nos. 3, 4, 5, and 10 of Section No. 11 of the Town of Russell, and containing by admeasurement 2 roods 1 perch, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 280 links; towards the south-east by Baker Street, 272 links; towards the south-west by Hazard Street, 96 links; and towards the north-west, south-west, and again towards the north-west by land granted to the Rev. R. C. Baker, 136, 180, and 135 links respectively, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. Site for a teacher's residence.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being the south-eastern portion of Section No. 17 of the Parish of Matakohe, and containing by admeasurement 40 acres and 20 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by other portion of Section No. 17 aforesaid, 3013 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 1603 and 61 links; towards the south-west by Section No. 18 of the Parish of Matakohe, 2313 links; and towards the north-west by other portion of Section No. 17 aforesaid, 1478 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For primary education.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being the north-western portion of Section No. 10 of the Parish of Matakohe, and containing by admeasurement 158 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 180, 1070, 653, 957, and 193 links; towards the south-east by other portion of Section No. 10 aforesaid, 5394 links; towards the south-west by other portion of Section No. 10 aforesaid, 2918 links; and towards the north-west by a public road, 5315 links, to the point of commencement: save and except a tramway reserve, 50 links in width, which intersects the area hereinbefore described: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For primary education.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being Section No. 44A of the Parish of Kaiaka, and containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north by a public road, 317 links; towards the east by a right line, 619 links; towards the south by a right line, 315 links; and towards the west by Section No. 44 of the Parish of Kaiaka, 650 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For a school-site.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being Section No. 93A, Parish of Ahuroa, and containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 15 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 93, Parish of Ahuroa aforesaid, 565 links; towards the south-east by The Valley Stream; towards the south-west by Section No. 94, Parish of Ahuroa aforesaid, 636.2 links; and towards the north-west by Section No. 93, Parish of Ahuroa aforesaid, 494.9 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For a quarry.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being Section No. 52A, Parish of Ahuroa, and containing by admeasurement 4 acres 1 rood, more or less. Bounded towards the north by a stream; towards the east by Section No. 21 and northern portion of Section No. 20, Parish of Ahuroa aforesaid, 770 links; towards the south-west by Section No. 52, Parish of Ahuroa aforesaid, 717.2 links; and towards the west by Section No. 52, Parish of Ahuroa aforesaid, the termination of a road 50 links wide, and Section No. 52 aforesaid, 650 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For a quarry.
