ONSLOW, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
THOMAS ABBOTT and
JAMES GEARY
to be Trustees, in the place of John Clay and John F. Connolly, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Opotiki Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons appointed by warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor on the twelfth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fourth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one.

Notice under “The Payments without Probate Act, 1869.”
JAMES HACKWORTH, late Collector of Customs, Dunedin, deceased.
UNDER the provisions of “The Public Payments without Probate Act, 1869,” and the regulations made thereunder, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1870, page 212, and of section 4 of “The Administration Act 1879 Amendment Act, 1885,” the Colonial Treasurer intends to make a payment of money due to the above-named deceased to a person not being his legal representative. All persons objecting to such payment being made must give notice to the Colonial Treasurer, at Wellington, within one calendar month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice, when their objections will be considered.
