Trustees for Timaru Cemetery appointed.

ONSLOW, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Thomas Lewis Harney. TIMARU.
John Jackson. All that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 2 roods, more or less, situated in Block II., Patiti Survey District. Bounded towards the north by the Timaru Town Belt, 500 links; towards the east and south by Section 2367, 1000 and 500 links respectively; towards the West by Section 1706, 600 links; again towards the south by Lot 113, Section 1706 aforesaid, 250 links; again towards the west by Collins Street, 399·5 links; again towards the north by a reserve of 1 rood, 250 links; and again towards the west by said reserve, 100 links.

to be a Member of the Waitara Harbour Board, in the place of Thomas Bayley, deceased.

Fallow-deer turned at large by Wanganui Acclimatisation Society to be vested in such Society.

HIS Excellency the Governor directs it to be notified that the Wanganui Acclimatisation Society have turned at large a number of fallow-deer in the Wanganui District, and that the property in such deer and their offspring is deemed to be absolutely vested in the Chairman of the said Wanganui Acclimatisation Society for a period of three years from the date hereof, as provided by section 38 of “The Animals Protection Act, 1880.”
