Postmaster appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the eighth section of “The Justices of the Peace Act Amendment Act, 1888,” I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that

JOHN FINLAY MARTIN,

being a person holding the office of Postmaster under “The Post Office Act, 1881,” at Hawera, is authorised to take and receive statutory declarations under the two hundred and thirty-fourth section of “The Justices of the Peace Act, 1882.”

As witness my hand, at Wellington, in the colony aforesaid, this twenty-eighth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one.
