Runs Nos. 13 and 29 are situate about fifteen miles from Blenheim; clay hills, partly open, partly fern, scrub, and light bush; soil inferior.

Run No. 18 is situate between Ocean Bay and Robin Hood Bay, Port Underwood; access by boat only; moderately steep hills, generally open land, fern, with patches of scrub and manuka.

Runs Nos. 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, and 60 are situated at the back of freehold sections fronting on the main line of road from Blenheim to Nelson, and consist for the most part of moderately-steep hills, the soil varying from inferior on the ridges to fair in the gullies; higher ridges birch, lower slopes scrub and mixed bush.

Run No. 61 is situate about five miles up the Onamalutu Valley; broken hilly country, covered with mixed bush, birch predominating.

Runs Nos. 62, 63, 64, and 65 are situate at the back of freehold sections fronting on the main line of road from Blenheim to Picton, distant from two to three miles from the Picton-Blenheim Railway, and consist for the most part of moderately-steep hills, the soil varying from inferior on the ridges to fair in the gullies; higher ridges birch, lower slopes scrub and mixed bush.

Run No. 66 is situate on the shores of Cook Strait, accessible by water only from Port Underwood; rough hilly country, mostly open land, fern, with patches of scrub and manuka.

Runs Nos. 67 and 68 are situate about forty miles from Blenheim, accessible thereto by good coach-road; varying from good to fair pastoral country, with patches of manuka scrub.

SMALL GRAZING-RUN FOR LEASING, UNDER PART VII. OF "THE LAND ACT, 1885."

Run No. 25, Waitohi Valley, Cloudy Bay, 1,300 acres; upset rental per acre, 3d.; total upset rental, £16 15s. Term, twenty-one years. License-fee of £1 1s. and half-year's rent to be paid on the fall of the hammer. The usual statutory declaration must be deposited by the purchaser.
