Executive Council of the said colony, and in pursuance and
exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the
hereinbefore in part recited Act, doth hereby order and
declare that, on and after the date of the publication hereof
in the New Zealand Gazette, the harbour by-law set forth in
the Schedule hereto shall be in force in the Harbour of
Manukau, and that the said by-law shall then, in respect of
the said harbour, supersede By-law No. 54 of Schedule B
of the Order in Council dated the fifth day of June, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty-three, and published in
the New Zealand Gazette No. 49, of the seventh day of June
in the same year.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the third section of “ The Land
Act Amendment Act, 1887 ” (hereinafter termed “ the said
Act ”), I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of
the Colony of New Zealand, having received the report of the
Surveyor-General in this behalf, as in the said section is
provided, do hereby declare that the rural lands enumerated
in the Schedule hereto shall be open for sale or selection,
after the lapse of a period of not less than forty-five days
from the date of the first public notification hereof, in the
manner and upon the conditions mentioned in the said Act,
and at the price per acre stated in the said Schedule.
