BY virtue of the power and authority conferred upon me
by "The Thermal-springs Districts Act, 1881," and of
every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf,
I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

STEPHEN THOMAS BRENT

to be a Member of the Board, constituted on the twenty-
third day of March, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-
three, to administer the affairs of the Township of Rotorua,
established under the said "Thermal-springs Districts Act,
1881," vice W. Kelly.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this nineteenth day of April, one thousand eight
hundred and ninety-one.
