Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify that cock-
pheasants and quail may be taken or killed within the
Hawera District, consisting of the Counties of Hawera and
Patea, from the first day of May, one thousand eight hun-
dred and ninety-one, to the thirty-first day of July, one
thousand eight hundred and ninety-one, both inclusive (sub-
ject, nevertheless, to the restrictions in the said Acts men-
tioned). And I do further notify that licenses to take or
kill such game within the said district shall be issued on
the payment of the sum of twenty shillings each, and that
licenses to sell game and native game shall be issued on
payment of the sum of five pounds each ; and the Post-
masters at Hawera and Patea are hereby appointed to sign
and issue the said licenses.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this nineteenth day of April, one thousand eight
hundred and ninety-one.

ONSLow, Governor.
IN exercise of the powers vested in me by "The Animals
Protection Act, 1880," and the Acts amending the same,
I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify that cock-
pheasants, hares, and quail may be taken or killed within
the Wanganui District, consisting of the Counties of Wa-
ganui and Waitotara, from the first day of May, one
thousand eight hundred and ninety-one, to the thirty-first
day of July, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one,
both inclusive (subject nevertheless to the restrictions in the
said Acts mentioned). And I do further notify that licenses
to take or kill such game within the said district shall be
issued on payment of the sum of twenty-one shillings each,
and that licenses to sell game and native game shall be
issued on payment of the sum of five pounds each ; and the
Chief Postmaster at Wanganui, and the Postmasters at
Waverley and Waitotara, are hereby appointed to sign and
issue the said licenses.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this nineteenth day of April, one thousand eight
hundred and ninety-one.

kill such game within the said district shall be issued on
payment of the sum of ten shillings each, and that licenses
to sell game and native game shall be issued on payment of
the sum of five pounds each ; and the Postmasters at Mar-
ton and Bulls are hereby appointed to sign and issue the
said licenses.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this nineteenth day of April, one thousand eight
hundred and ninety-one.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several
persons whose names are specified in the first column of the
Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the main-
tenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the
second column of the said Schedule.

of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

to be a Trustee, in the place of J. Manson, resigned, to pro-
vide for the maintenance and care of the Clifton (Nelson)
Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons appointed
by warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor
on the thirtieth day of July, one thousand eight hundred
and eighty-six.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this thirteenth day of April, one thousand eight
hundred and ninety-one.
