A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power vested in me by “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1886,” I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the district the boundaries whereof are described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby incorporated into the Borough of Roslyn, and added to the Sunnyside Ward of the said borough; and I do further proclaim and declare that the boundaries of the Sunnyside Ward of the said Borough of Roslyn shall be those described in the Second Schedule hereto, and the boundaries of the said borough shall be those described in the Third Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
AREA PROPOSED TO BE INCORPORATED INTO THE BOROUGH OF ROSLYN.
ALL that area in the Provincial District of Otago, situate in the Survey Districts of Waikari, Dunedin and East Taieri, and Lower Kaikorai, bounded towards the north-east generally by Sections Nos. 144, 142, 140, 138, 136, 134, and 122, Waikari Survey District, and the south-western boundary-line of the said Section No. 122 produced across a closed road to Section No. 7, Block V., Lower Kaikorai Survey District; thence by the said Section No. 7 to Kaikorai Valley Road; thence by the south-western boundary-line of Section No. 7 aforesaid produced across that road; thence by the said Section No. 7 to a closed road; thence by the south-western boundary-line of Section No. 7 aforesaid produced across the said closed road; and thence again by Section No. 7 to Block IX., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District; thence towards the south-east by the Borough of Mornington to Section No. 18, Block V., Lower Kaikorai Survey District; thence towards the south-west generally by the last-mentioned section to the right bank of the Kaikorai Stream; thence by the right bank of the said Kaikorai Stream to Section No. 19 of the said Block V.; thence by the said Section No. 19, and Sections Nos. 1 of 49 and 2 of 49, Block VI., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District; and towards the west by Sections Nos. 68 and 57 of the said Block VI., and by the eastern boundary-line of the last-mentioned section produced across a road to Section No. 144 aforesaid.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
SUNNYSIDE WARD (AMENDED BOUNDARIES).
ALL that area within the Borough of Roslyn bounded towards the north-east generally by a line along the middle of the Dunedin and North Taieri Road; towards the south-east by a line along the middle of the Roslyn to Mornington Road to the Borough of Mornington; thence towards the south-west and again towards the south-east by the said Borough of Mornington to Section No. 18, Block V., Lower Kaikorai Survey District; thence again towards the south-west generally by the said Section No. 18 to the right bank of the Kaikorai Stream; thence by the right bank of the said Kaikorai Stream to Section No. 19 of the said Block V.; thence by the said Section No. 19 and Sections Nos. 1 of 49 and 2 of 49, Block VI., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District; towards the west by Sections Nos. 68 and 57 of the said Block VI., and by the eastern boundary-line of the last-mentioned section produced across a road to Section No. 144, Waikari Survey District; thence towards the south and again towards the south-west by the road forming the northern boundary of Section No. 57, Block VI., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, and by that road continued to Section No. 52 of the said Block VI.; thence by the said Section No. 52; and thence again towards the west generally by Sections Nos. 2 of 27 and 50, Block VI. aforesaid, to the Dunedin and North Taieri Road; and thence by that road to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary-line of Section No. 65, Block VI., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District; and thence by a line to the middle of the Dunedin and North Taieri Road aforesaid.

THIRD SCHEDULE.
AMENDED BOUNDARIES OF THE BOROUGH OF ROSLYN.
ALL that area in the Provincial District of Otago, situate in the Survey Districts of Dunedin and East Taieri, Waikari, Upper Kaikorai, Lower Kaikorai and Town, bounded towards the north generally by Sections Nos. 31, 2 of 32, 1 of 32, a road, Section No. 57, and a road fronting the southern boundary of that section, and by Sections Nos. 56 and 59, all of Block V., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, to the westernmost corner of Section No. 53, Waikari Survey District; thence towards the north-east generally by the last-mentioned section to Helensburgh Road; thence by a right line to the westernmost corner of Section No. 103, Waikari Survey District; thence by the said Section No. 103 and Sections Nos. 102, 101, and 100 of the said Waikari Survey District to Waikari Road; thence by that road to the road leading from Roslyn to Maori Hill; thence by the last-mentioned road to a point in line with the south-western boundary-line of Section No. 8, Block I., Upper Kaikorai Survey District; thence by a right line to the westernmost corner of the said Section No. 8, and thence by that section to the Town Belt of the City of Dunedin; thence towards the south-east by the Town Belt of the City of Dunedin to the easternmost corner of Section No. 86, Block VI., Town Survey District; thence towards the south-west and again towards the south-east by the Borough of Mornington to Section No. 18, Block V., Lower Kaikorai Survey District; thence again towards the south-west generally by the last-mentioned section to the right bank of the Kaikorai Stream; thence by the right bank of the said Kaikorai Stream to Section No. 19 of Block V., Lower Kaikorai Survey District aforesaid; thence by the said Section No. 19 and Sections Nos. 1 of 49 and 2 of 49, Block VI., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District; towards the west by Sections Nos. 68 and 57 of the said Block VI., and by the eastern boundary-line of the last-mentioned section produced across a road to Section No. 144, Waikari Survey District; thence towards the south and again towards the south-west by the road forming the northern boundary of Section No. 57, Block VI., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, and by that road continued to Section No. 52 of the said Block VI.; thence by the said Section No. 52; and thence again towards the west generally by Sections Nos. 2 of 27, 50, the Dunedin and North Taieri Road, and Section No. 65, Block VI. aforesaid, to the north-eastern corner of the last-mentioned section; and thence again towards the north by a right line across a road to the south-western corner of Section No. 31, Block V., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District.
