JOHN BREDISHOLM MUIRHEAD, Esq., of Pirie Chambers, Adelaide, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia, has been appointed this day, by His Honour the Chief Justice, a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in South Australia, under section 2 of “The Commissioners of the Supreme Court Act, 1875,” for the purpose of administering and taking all such oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in the said section mentioned.

Special Orders made by the Woodville Road Board, County of Waipawa.

THE following special orders, made by the Woodville Road Board, are published in accordance with “The Road Boards Act, 1882.”

W. R. RUSSELL.

SPECIAL ORDERS made by the Woodville Road Board on the 24th November, 1890.

1. THAT a special rate of 5d. in the pound be struck on Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, Block XIV., Woodville Survey District, to meet the interest and charges on a loan of £850 for the Saddle Road. Such rate to be an annually-recurring rate for twenty-six years, and to be payable in one sum on the 1st day of December in each year.

2. That a special rate of 2¾d. in the pound be struck on Sections 14, 17, 18, 19, and 20, Block V., and Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11, Block XVI., Woodville Survey District, to meet the interest and charges on a loan of £650 for the Whariti Road. Such rate to be an annually-recurring rate for twenty-six years, and to be payable in one sum on the 1st day of December in each year.

I certify that the requirements of the law have been duly complied with in regard to the above special orders.
