Trustees appointed for the Control of the Kaitawa Cemetery.
ONSLOW, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

I, WILLIAM HILLIER, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, appoint the persons named in the Schedule hereto to be Agents to appear and act for Her Majesty in all suits in the Resident Magistrates’ Courts brought for the recovery of rates or sums of money payable to Her Majesty under “The Sheep Act, 1890.”
