All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, situate in Block XIII., Hukerenui Survey District, and containing approximately 2,400 acres, commencing at a point on the western boundary of Block XIII., Hukerenui Survey District aforesaid, distant 10,000 links from its south-western angle. Bounded towards the north-east by a line bearing 100° for a distance of 7000 links, and by a line bearing 125° for a distance of 5000 links; towards the north by a line bearing 90° for a distance of 5000 links; towards the east by a line bearing 360° for a distance of 2200 links; towards the south-west by a line bearing about 310° for a distance of 7200 links or thereabouts to the southernmost angle of Section No. 9 of Block XIII. aforesaid; towards the north generally by that section, by a public road, and by Sections Nos. 7 and 6 of the same block; towards the east by Block XIV., Hukerenui Survey District, and by the Parish of Otakairangi; towards the south by Block I., Purua Survey District, by the Moengawahine Stream, and by Sections Nos. 2 and 1 of Block XIII., Hukerenui Survey District aforesaid; and towards the west by the western boundary of Block XIII. aforesaid to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid measurements more or less.
Description of Land: About one-half mixed forest, remainder fern land; the country is rather broken, but the soil is fair, though some of the fern land is rather poor.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, situate in the Parish of Waiotahi, and containing approximately 78 acres. Bounded towards the north-east by Sections Nos. 76, 344, 345, 346, 347, 348, 349, 350, and 351 of the Parish of Waiotahi; towards the south-east by Section No. 356 of the same parish; towards the south-west by Sections Nos. 355, 354, 353, 352, and 472 of the same parish; and towards the north-west by a public road to the point of commencement.
Description of Land: Swamp lands, near Waiotahi River.
Cash price, 10s. per acre.
All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, situate in the Parish of Waiotahi, and containing approximately 46 acres. Bounded towards the north-east by Sections Nos. 59, 62, 63, 64, and 65 of the Parish of Waiotahi; towards the south-east by Section No. 371 of the parish aforesaid; towards the south-west by Sections Nos. 68, 67, and 66 of the same parish; and towards the north-west by a public road to the point of commencement.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the third section of “The Land Act Amendment Act, 1887” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, having received the report of the Surveyor-General in this behalf, as in the said section is provided, do hereby declare that the rural lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be open for sale or selection, after the lapse of a period of not less than forty-five days from the date of the first public notification hereof, in the manner and upon the conditions mentioned in the said Act, and at the price per acre stated in the said Schedule.
