Special Order made by Waimea County Council.—Merging Motupiko Road District.

THE following special order, made by the Waimea County Council, is published in accordance with “The Counties Act, 1886.”

SPECIAL ORDER made by the Waimea County Council at a Special Meeting held on the 17th Day of September, 1890, and confirmed at a subsequent Meeting held on the 4th Day of November, 1890.

THAT, in pursuance of the powers vested in them by “The Counties Act, 1886,” the Waimea County Council hereby make the following special order: That the prayer of the petition of the ratepayers in the Motupiko Road District be given effect to, and that the Motupiko Road Board be dissolved, and the said road district merged in the County of Waimea on and after the 4th day of November, 1890.

I hereby certify that the foregoing special order has been duly made in accordance with “The Counties Act, 1886.”
