Description of Land: Sections 5, 25, open fern and tea-tree land, about two miles from Opotiki; 436 to 439, light soil covered with manuka scrub, toitoi, and wiwi, a good deal of marsh, liable to overflow by high spring-tides, close to Opotiki, and being an island within the harbour.

Raglan County.

All that parcel of land in the Land District of Auckland, situate in the Parish of Waipa, and containing approximately 1,850 acres. Bounded towards the north by Section 129 of the Parish of Waipa aforesaid; towards the east generally by a right line from the south-eastern angle of the last-named section to the northernmost angle of Section 74 of the same parish, and by said Section 74 and Sections 73, 71, 72, and 33, all of the said parish; towards the south by the Kirikiri Creek and a public road; and towards the west generally by the Kirikiri Stream and Sections 122 and 78 of the Parish of Waipa aforesaid to the point of commencement.

Description of Land: Forest and fern land of fair quality, generally undulating, as main dividing ridge only rises to a height of 710ft.; the land is accessible from Whaingaroa (Raglan) Harbour by the Kirikiri Inlet.

Cash price, 10s. per acre.

Manukau County.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, situate in the Parish of Wairoa, and containing approximately 1,280 acres. Bounded towards the north by the Kiripaka and Papepape Blocks; towards the east generally by Sections 23, 46, and 47 of the Parish of Wairoa; towards the south by Sections 51, 50, 49, and 48 of the same parish; and towards the west generally by Sections 66, 68, 63, 61, 64, 71, 72, and 46 of the Parish of Maraetai to the point of commencement.

Description of Land: Very broken land of inferior quality, covered with mixed forest, fern, and scrub; access by formed road.

Cash price, 10s. per acre.
