IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries Act, 1882," I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

to be a Trustee, in the place of William Symonds, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Pahi Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons appointed by warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor on the fifth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint the under-mentioned gentlemen to be Census Enumerators and Superintendent Collectors of Agricultural Statistics for the census and collection of 1891, under "The Census Act, 1877," and to define that the district for which each shall act shall be that portion of the colony comprised in the counties or parts of counties specified opposite his name, including the boroughs within their recognised boundaries and certain adjacent islands.
