Trustees appointed for the Control of the Calcium Public Cemetery.

ONSLLOW, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

James Blackburn Lindsay. CALCIUM.
John Cooper Shearer. All that parcel of land in the Land District of Southland, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section No. 1, Block II., Calcium Township, Jacob’s River Survey District. Bounded on the north-west by Section No. 2 of same block, 500 links; on the north-east by Section No. 14 of same block, 700 links; on the south-east by a road-line, 500 links; and on the south-west by Section No. 1a of same block, 700 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Invercargill.
