IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by “The Land Act, 1885,” and the amendments thereof, I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the notifications issued on the first day of February, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight, opening land for sale or selection under the provisions of “The Land Act Amendment Act, 1887,” shall be and the same is revoked in so far as it relates to the section of land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.
