THE following special order, made by the Mangawhero Road Board, is published in accordance with “The Road Boards Act, 1882.”

SPECIAL ORDER.
At a special meeting of the Mangawhero Road Board, held at Upokongaro, on Saturday, the 26th April, 1890, moved by Mr. Anderson, seconded by Mr. Parker, That a special order be now made making special rate of 3d. in the pound over the Otamoa Subdivision—that is, the Otamoa No. 2A Block, containing 1,867 acres, owned and occupied by F. H. Haselden, and that part of the Otamoa No. 2B Block, containing 300 acres, owned and occupied by John McLachlan, for the term of twenty-six years. Such special rate to be an annual-recurring rate, and to be payable in one sum on the 1st April in each year.—Carried.
I hereby certify that the above special order has been duly passed in conformity with the provisions of “The Road Boards Act, 1882,” relating to special orders.

Revocation of Appointment of Bonding Warehouse.
CUSTOMS.—In exercise of the authority in me for this purpose vested, I, the Commissioner of Trade and Customs, do, by this order under my hand, revoke and annul the appointment of the under-mentioned warehouse for the reception and security of goods entered to be warehoused without payment of duty upon the first entry thereof, namely,—
Port of Dunedin.

MCLEOD’S PERFUMERY BOND,
as appointed and described in Commissioner’s Order No. 288, of the 11th January, 1838.

KAIPARA HARBOUR LEADING BEACONS.
Marine Department,
Wellington, N.Z., 3rd June, 1890.
OWING to the Tory Shoal, Kaipara Harbour, having extended northward, the two leading beacons on the high land at the back of the lighthouse on the North Head do not clear the danger: Notice is therefore given that these beacons are now in course of removal, and that, while that is being done, and until further notice is given, mariners should not use these beacons as guides for navigation.
