WAITEMATA.

This district is bounded towards the north-west and north-east generally by the Marsden Electoral District, hereinbefore described, from the mouth of the Hoteo River to the north head of Mahurangi Harbour; thence towards the east generally by the ocean to the north head of Waitemata Harbour; thence towards the south generally by the said Waitemata Harbour; again towards the east by the said Waitemata Harbour and the Whau Estuary to Section No. 90, Parish of Waikomiti; thence towards the south-east generally by the said Section No. 90 to the Oratia Stream; thence by that stream to a point in line with the northern side of William Street in the Township of Henderson, thence by a right line to the northern side of the said William Street, and thence by that street to the Helensville Railway-line; thence towards the south-west and west by the said Helensville Railway-line to the eastern portion of the Taupaki Block; thence again towards the south-east generally by the southern boundary of the said eastern portion of the Taupaki Block and the southern boundary of the western portion of the said Taupaki Block to the ocean; thence again towards the south-west by the ocean, towards the north by the Kaipara entrance, and again towards the north-east and west by the Kaipara River to the place of commencement: including the Islands of Great and Little Barrier and Tiritiri, and Herald Island in Waitemata Harbour.

EDEN.

This district is bounded towards the north-west and north-east generally by the Waitemata Electoral District, hereinbefore described, from the southernmost corner of the western portion of the Taupaki Block, on the west coast, to the northernmost corner of Section No. 90, Waikomiti Parish, at the Whau Estuary; thence towards the north generally by Waitemata Harbour and Motion’s Creek to the road at the north-western boundary of Allotment No. 13 of Section No. 9 of the Suburbs of Auckland; thence again towards the north-east and again towards the north generally by Allotment No. 11 of the said Section No. 9 to a point in line with the south-western boundary-line of Allotment No. 12; thence by a right line across a road to the north-western corner of the said Allotment No. 12; thence by that allotment and Allotment No. 14, the crossing of a road, and Allotment No. 15 of the said Section No. 9 to the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned allotment; thence by a right line across the old Great North Road to the north-eastern corner of Allotment No. 21 of Section No. 7 of the Suburbs of Auckland; thence by Allotments Nos. 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, and 14 of the said Section No. 7 to the south-western boundary-line of Allotment No. 9 of Section No. 5 of the Suburbs of Auckland; thence by the said Allotment No. 9 to the New North Road; thence by the north side of the said New North Road to a point in line with the south-western boundary-line of Allotment No. 2c of Section No. 10 of the Suburbs of Auckland; thence by a right line across the said New North Road to the westernmost corner of the said Allotment No. 2c; thence by that allotment and Allotments Nos. 2B, 2A, and 2 of the said Section No. 10 to Mount Eden Road; thence by the said Mount Eden Road to its junction with the road leading to the Mount Eden Stockade; thence by the latter road to the road which forms the north-eastern boundary of Allotment No. 105 of Section No. 6 of the Suburbs of Auckland; thence towards the east generally by the last-mentioned road, and by the road fronting Allotments Nos. 106, 107, and 108, all of the said Section No. 6, to the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned allotment; thence by a right line across a road to the westernmost corner of Allotment No. 110; thence by the said Allotment No. 110, the crossing of a road, and by Allotments Nos. 97, 98, 99, and 100 of the said Section No. 6, the crossing of a road, and by the south-eastern boundary-line of the Mount Eden Reserve to the northernmost corner of Allotment No. 11 of the said Section No. 6; thence by the north-eastern boundary-line of the said Allotment No. 11 to its easternmost corner; thence by a right line to the south-western corner of Allotment No. 40 of the said Section No. 6; thence again towards the north-west generally by the road which forms the western and northern boundaries of the said Allotment No. 40, and by the continuation of that road to the north-eastern corner of Allotment No. 42 of the said Section No. 6; thence by the crossing of a road, and by the road which forms the western boundaries of Allotments Nos. 23C, 23B, and 23A of the said Section No. 6; thence again towards the north-east by the road which forms the north-eastern boundary of the last-mentioned allotment to the Epsom-Onehunga Road; thence again towards the east by the said Epsom-Onehunga Road to Mount Smart Road; thence again towards the south-west by the said Mount Smart Road to a point in line with the eastern boundary-line of Allotment No. 3 of Section No. 13 of the Suburbs of Auckland; thence again towards the east by a right line to the said boundary-line; thence by the eastern boundary-line of the said Allotment No. 3 and the eastern boundary-line of Allotment No. 2 of the said Section No. 13 to Manukau Harbour; thence towards the south and south-east generally by the said Manukau Harbour; and again towards the south-west by the ocean to the place of commencement.

NEWTON.

This district is bounded towards the north-west generally by Waitemata Harbour; towards the north-east generally by Curran Street, Ponsonby, to Ponsonby Road; thence by the said Ponsonby Road to the Great North Road; thence by the latter road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary-line of Allotment No. 13 of Section No. 7 of the Suburbs of Auckland; thence by a right line to the northernmost corner of the said Allotment No. 13; thence by the north-eastern boundary-lines of Allotments Nos. 13 (aforesaid) and 4 to Basque Road; thence by the north side of the said Basque Road to the New North Road; thence by a right line across the said New North Road to the northernmost corner of Allotment No. 2 of Section No. 10 of the Suburbs of Auckland; thence by Mount Eden Road to the easternmost corner of the said Allotment No. 2; thence towards the south and south-west generally by the Eden Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to Motion’s Creek; and thence by that creek to Waitemata Harbour.

CITY OF AUCKLAND.

This district is bounded towards the north-east generally by Waitemata Harbour, from the south side of Curran Street, Ponsonby, to the middle of Franklin Street, at the original high-water mark of Freeman’s Bay; thence towards the west by lines 50 and 300 links; thence towards the north by lines 1225, 700, 270, 4300, 1735, 82, 250, 758, 852, 1171, 1059, and 1800 links (the said lines being the northern boundary-lines of the City of Auckland); towards the south-east generally by a line, 1500 links, to The Strand; thence by The Strand, 50 links; thence to and by Suburban Section No. 96; thence by a line at right angles to the western boundary-line of that section to and along the east side of Stanley Street to the Government Domain; thence by the said Government Domain and the Hospital Reserve to the road known as Park Road; thence by the northern side of the said Park Road to a point in line with the eastern boundary-line of Allotment No. 22 of Section No. 3 of the Suburbs of Auckland; thence by a right line to, and thence by the said eastern boundary-line and its production to the south side of Carleton Gore Road; thence by the south side of that road to the western boundary-line of Subdivisional Lot No. 37 of original Allotment No. 4 of Section No. 3 of the Suburbs of Auckland; thence by the said Lot No. 37, and by Lots Nos. 55, 56, 65, 66, 75, 76, 85, 86, 95, 96, 105, 106, 115, 116, and 13, all of original Allotment No. 4 of the said Section No. 3, and by the western boundary-line of the said Lot No. 13 produced to the southern side of the Kyber Pass Road; thence by that road to the eastern side of the road leading to the Mount Eden Stockade; thence by the eastern side of the last-mentioned road to the road which forms the north-eastern boundary of Allotment No. 105 of Section No. 6 of the Suburbs of Auckland; thence towards the south by the Eden Electoral District, hereinbefore described; and towards the south-west generally by the Newton Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to the place of commencement.

PARNELL.

This district is bounded towards the north generally by Waitemata Harbour; towards the east by Sections Nos. 40A, 39A, 38A, and 45, all of Waitemata Parish, Rangitoto Survey District; towards the south-east generally by Allotments Nos. 12A and 26, and by the southern boundary-line of Allotment No. 25 of Section No. 12 of the Suburbs of Auckland to the south-western corner of the last-mentioned allotment; thence by a right line to the junction of roads at the Harp of Erin Inn; thence towards the south-west by the Great South Road to its junction with Green Lane; thence towards the south by the said Green Lane to the Epsom-Onehunga Road; thence towards the west generally by the Eden Electoral District, hereinbefore described; and towards the north-west generally by the City of Auckland Electoral District, hereinbefore described.

MANUKAU.

This district is bounded towards the north-east generally by the Hauraki Gulf; towards the south-west by Section No. 58, Wairoa Parish, and the south-western boundary-lines of the Papepape and the Kiripaka Blocks; towards the south-east and again towards the south-west by the south-eastern and south-western boundary-lines of Section No. 46, Maraetai Parish; thence again towards
