County of Thames, situate west of the Waiwawa River and
the Taitoko Stream, and to the immediate north of the
borough ; together with the Waiotahi Riding of the County
of Thames; and that part of Kauaeranga Riding west of
Augustus Street, in the Township of Shortland.

Waikato comprises the Counties of Raglan, Kawhia, West
Taupo, Waipa, and Waikato, excepting that portion of the
last-named county which is situate west of the road running
northerly from the north-west corner of the Borough of
Cambridge (Victoria Road) to the Parish of Tamahere. The
Borough of Hamilton is included within the boundaries of
this electoral district, as also are the Town Districts of Nga-
ruawahia, Te Awamutu, and Kihikihi.

Te Aroha comprises the Counties of Piako and Ohine-
muri ; together with the Ridings of Totara and Parawai, of
the County of Thames; and that portion of the Hastings
Riding, of the last-named county, which is situate east of
the Taitoko Stream and the Waiwawa River; also the por-
tion of Kauaeranga Riding, of the County of Thames, to the
east of Augustus Street, in the Township of Shortland;
together with the Katikati and Te Puna Ridings, of the
County of Tauranga ; that part of Waimapu Riding west of
the Tauranga—Rotorua Road and of the Waimapu River;
and that part of Cambridge Riding, of the County of Wai-
kato, east of Victoria Road. The Borough of Cambridge is
included within the boundaries of this electoral district, also
the Te Aroha Town District.

East Coast comprises the Counties of Rotorua, Whaka-
tane, and East Taupo; and the Boroughs of Gisborne and
Tauranga; also that part of the County of Tauranga con-
tained within the boundaries of Maketu Riding; and that
part of Waimapu Riding east of the Tauranga—Rotorua
Road; together with the whole of the County of Cook, ex-
cepting the Arai Riding of that county. Motiti Island is
within the boundaries of this electoral district, as is also the
Opotiki Town District.

New Plymouth comprises the County of Clifton; the
Waitara Riding, of the County of Taranaki; the Borough of
New Plymouth; the Road Districts of Omata, Barrett,
Elliot, Frankley, Carrington, Mangorei, and Waiwakaiho,
of the County of Taranaki; and that portion of the Moa
Road District which is situate west of the railway-line be-
tween Waitara Riding and Inglewood, and to the west and
north of a line starting from Inglewood and proceeding
along Windsor Road to Section 111, Tarurutangi, thence
along the northern boundary-line of that section to the
Waiongona, thence up that stream to the road at the
northern boundary of Section 132, thence along that road
to the Mangaoraka Stream, thence up that stream to the
southern corner of Section 164 (E.R.), and thence along the
southern boundary-line of that section to the Waiwakaiho;
together with that portion of the Oakura Road District which
is east of the Tapuae Stream. This electoral district in-
cludes the Waitara Town District.

Egmont comprises the Parihaka Riding, of the County of
Taranaki; the Waimate Riding, of the County of Hawera;
the Road Districts of Tataraimaka and Upper Hurford, and
that portion of the Oakura Road District west of the Ta-
puae Stream, all in the County of Taranaki; together with
that portion of Moa Riding, in the last-mentioned county,
which is not absorbed by the New Plymouth Electoral Dis-
trict; also the portions of the Ridings of Eltham and Ha-
wera, of the County of Hawera, which are situate west of
the Mountain Road, the Ohangai Road, and the Whareora
Road. This electoral district includes also the Borough of
Hawera, and the Town Districts of Inglewood, Stratford,
Opunake, and Manaia.

Waitotara comprises the County of Patea; the Ngai re and
Mokoia Ridings, of the County of Hawera; and the portions
of the Ridings of Eltham and Hawera, in the same county,
which are situate east of the Mountain Road, the Ohangai
Road, and the Whareora Road; together with the Waitotara
Riding, of the County of Waitotara; and that portion of
Tokomaru Riding situate north of a line running along the
southern boundary-lines of Sections 207, 208, and 125, and
along the western boundary of the last-mentioned section
and Section 126 to Kai-iwi Stream, and thence along that
stream to the Kai-iwi Block; also the Ridings of Mangawhero
and Upper Wangaehu, of the County of Wanganui; the
Ridings of Paraekaretu and Makohau, of the County of
Rangitikei; and that portion of the Porewa Riding, of the
last-mentioned county, which is situate north of the Borough
of Marton. This district includes also the Borough of Patea
and the Town Districts of Normanby and Waverley.

Wanganui comprises the Ridings of Westmere and Bruns-
wick, in the County of Waitotara; the southern portion of
Tokomaru Riding, in the same county, from Kai-iwi Stream
southward; and the Ridings of Mateongaonga, Kaukatea,
Purua, and Kaitoke, in the County of Wanganui; together
with the Ridings of Wangaehu and Okakapu, of the County
of Rangitikei; and the Borough of Wanganui. The Leth-
bridge Town District is included in this electoral district.

Rangitikei comprises the Boroughs of Marton and Feild-
ing; the Ridings of Maungaraupi, Clifton, and Rangitoto, of
the County of Rangitikei; and the lower portion of Porewa
Riding, of the same county, which is not included within the
boundaries of the Waitotara Electoral District; together
with the whole of the County of Oroua, less the Ridings of
Taonui and Fitzherbert, of that county. This district in-
cludes also Mount Stewart Riding, of the County of Mana-
watu; and that portion of Sandon Riding, of the same county,
which is situate to the north of the road from Sason to the
Rangitikei River, via the Pakapakatea Native Block. The
Town Districts of Halcombe and Bulls are within this elec-
toral district.

Palmerston comprises the whole of the County of Horo-
whenua; the Boroughs of Palmerston North and Foxton;
the Ridings of Taonui and Fitzherbert, of the County of
Oroua; the whole of the County of Manawatu, excepting
the Riding of Mount Stewart, and that part of the Sandon
Riding north of the road from Sason to the Rangitikei
River, via the Pakapakatea Native Block; together with
that portion of the Horokiwi Riding, of the County of Hutt,
which is north of a line drawn due east from a point on the
sea-coast about one mile south of Paikakariki. This electoral
district includes also the Island of Kapiti.

Hawke's Bay comprises the County of Wairoa; the Arai
Riding of the County of Cook; and the whole of the County of
Hawke's Bay, excepting the Meanee Riding and that portion
of Clive Riding north and west of a line starting at the
south-east corner of Clive Township, and continuing along
the road to West Clive, thence across the Ngaruroro River
bridge, and on to Farndon Railway-station, and thence
southerly along the railway-line to the old bed of the Nga-
ruroro River; also the Patangata and Oero Ridings, of the
County of Patangata; and that part of Waipawa Riding, of
the County of Waipawa, which is situate to the east of a line
commencing at the north-east corner of Block 48, Wai-
pukurau Survey District, and proceeding along the north-
eastern boundary-lines of Blocks 48, 72, 77, and 172, the
eastern boundary-lines of Blocks 135 and 134, and along the
northern boundary-line of the last-mentioned block to
Manga-o-muku River, and thence along that river to the
county boundary. This electoral district includes also the
Borough of Hastings, and has within its boundaries the
Town Districts of Clyde and Kaikora North, and Portland
Island.

Napier comprises the whole of the Borough of Napier; and
Meanee Riding, of the County of Hawke's Bay; together with
the north-western portion of Clive Riding, of the same
county, which is situate east of the railway-line and north of
the road leading from Farndon Railway-station to the south-
eastern corner of Clive Township, near the mouth of the
Tukituki River. Taradale Town District is within the
boundaries of this electoral district.

Waipawa comprises the Ridings of Taumumu, Eparaima,
and Porangahau, in the County of Patangata; and the whole
of the County of Waipawa excepting (1) that portion of the
Waipawa Riding, north of the Manga-o-muku River, which is
absorbed by Hawke's Bay Electoral District, and (2) the
portion of Woodville Riding which is situate on the south-
west of a line commencing at the confluence of the Manga-
atua River with the Manawatu River, and proceeding along
the northern boundary of Block XIII., Woodville Sur-
vey District, thence along the north-western and north-
eastern boundaries of Block XII. to the road which forms the
western boundary of Section 1 of Block XII., thence along
that road and its continuation through Block VII., and past
Sections 11 and 13, Block IX., and through the last-mentioned
block to the Manawatu River at the southern corner of
Section 22. This electoral district includes within its boun-
daries the Town Districts of Waipawa, Ormondville, and
Danevirke.

Masterton comprises the County of Pahiatua; and the
County of Wairarapa North, less the Wainuioru Riding of
the latter county, and a portion of the Masterton Riding
situate between the Taueru River and the Wangaehu River,
and south of the road leading from the Wangaehu River to
and across the Mangatopi Stream to the Taueru River; toge-
ther with that portion of Woodville Riding, in the County of
Waipawa, which is situate south of Block V., Woodville
Survey District, and south of the road commencing between
Sections 1 and 2, and proceeding easterly through Blocks VII.
and IX. to the Manawatu River. This district includes
also the Boroughs of Masterton and Woodville, and the Town
District of Pahiatua.

Wairarapa comprises the whole of the County of Waira-
rapa South; the Wainuioru Riding, of the County of Waira-
rapa North; and that portion of Masterton Riding, in the
same county, which is situate between the Taueru and the
