Act"), I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, having received the report of the Surveyor-General in this behalf, as in the said section is provided, do hereby declare that the rural lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be open for sale or selection, after the lapse of a period of not less than forty-five days from the date of the first public notification hereof, in the manner and upon the conditions mentioned in the said Act, and at the price per acre respectively stated in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.—UNSURVEYED LANDS.—SECOND-CLASS RURAL LANDS.
EXTENSION of Block CLVIII., sea-beach north of Haast River, 600 acres, extending along sea-coast towards the north-east to the Waita River, and towards the south-west to the Haast River; price, 10s. per acre; light sandy soil; access by sea-beach and by Waita Junction Road.
Block CLXIX., 200 acres; price, 15s. per acre; west bank of Arawata River, at Jackson's Flat, Arawata Survey District, about seven miles from mouth of river; light sandy soil; access by dray-road to Forks, and thence by river-bed.
Block CLXX., 1,500 acres; price, 10s. per acre; between the Cascade River and the Old Man Creek; access by Cascade seaport; flat land, swampy in places but easily drained; good soil.
Block CLXXI., 400 acres; price, 10s. per acre; at Barn Bay, between the sea-coast and Barn River; access by sea-coast and by Barn River via Cascade River; flat land, sandy soil, scrub, and flax, slightly swampy.

Trustees appointed for the Maintenance of the Hawkesbury Public Cemetery.
ONSLOW, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries Act, 1882," I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule, in lieu of the Trustees appointed by warrant dated the twenty-fourth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four.

Joseph Bates. All that parcel of land in the Land District of Otago, situate in the Town of Hawkesbury, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, and marked "Cemetery Reserve" on the map of the said town. Bounded towards the north by Block IV., Hawkesbury Survey District, 1028 links; towards the east by Section No. 4, suburbs of Hawkesbury; towards the south by Section No. 2A, a road-line, and Section No. 2; and towards the west by Sections Nos. 2 and 1.
