vested in me by the the ninth section of "The Land Acts
Amendment Act, 1888," I, William Francis Drummond
Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby appoint
GEORGE WATKIN WILLIAMS, Esquire, Chief Surveyor of
the Land District of Hawke's Bay;
RECHAB HARDING, Esquire; and
CHARLES HALL, Esquire,
Commissioners to classify and report to me upon the rural
land in the Land District of Hawke's Bay, known as runs
numbers eleven and thirteen, as provided by section nine of
"The Land Acts Amendment Act, 1888," aforesaid.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this thirtieth day of January, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-nine.
