All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 17 acres 2 roods 22 perches, more or less, situate in the Maungatautari Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing the Maungatautari No. 4F Block (No. 54684f); commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the Maungatautari No. 4F Block at a distance of 50 links to the eastward of the south-western angle of the Maungatautari No. 3B (No. 1) Block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly generally for a distance of 12282 links or thereabouts to the Owairaka River: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4950H, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.
Date of Governor’s warrant, 30th July, 1885.
All those parcels of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 20 acres 3 roods, 27 acres 1 rood 38 perches, 3 acres 2 roods 16 perches, and 2 roods 7 perches respectively, more or less, situate in the Maungatautari Survey District, and being road-lines, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing the Maungatautari No. 4G (Section No. 1) Block (No. 5468, No. 4G, No. 1):—
Road containing 20 acres 3 roods: Commencing at a point on the southern boundary of the Maungatautari No. 4G (Section 6) Block being the middle of the southern termination of the road (containing 5 acres 1 rood) which traverses that block and the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly generally for a distance of 12708 links or thereabouts to its junction with the road next hereinafter described.
Road containing 27 acres 1 rood 38 perches: Commencing at a point on the south-western boundary of the Maungatautari No. 4G (No. 1) Block aforesaid at a distance of 905·7 links or thereabouts from its south-western angle, being the middle of the road last hereinbefore referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly generally for a distance of 24243 links or thereabouts to a point on the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block being the termination of a road-line (containing 60 acres 2 roods 18 perches) which traverses the Maungatautari No. 3B Block.
Road containing 3 acres 2 roods 16 perches: Commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the Maungatautari No. 4G (Section 3) Block at a distance of 82 links from its north-eastern angle, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly generally for a distance of 3320 links or thereabouts to its junction with the road last hereinbefore described.
Road containing 2 roods 7 perches: Commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the Maungatautari No. 3C Block at a distance of 3009·5 links from its north-western angle, being the middle of the road last hereinbefore described; and thence continuing northerly for a distance of 546 links to its junction with the road hereinbefore described (containing 27 acres 1 rood 38 perches).
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Maps Nos. 4855B, 4855C, and 4855F, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 15 acres 2 roods 5 perches, more or less, situate in the Maungatautari Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing the Maungatautari No. 3C Block (No. 5468C); commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the Maungatautari No. 3C Block being the middle of the termination of a road-line (containing 2 roods 7 perches) which traverses part of the Maungatautari No. 4G (Section 1) Block and the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly generally for a distance of 12114 links or thereabouts to the south-eastern angle of the Maungatautari No. 3G Block aforesaid: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Maps Nos. 4855B and 4950H, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres 2 roods 30 perches, more or less, situate in the Maungatautari Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing the north-eastern corner of the Maungatautari Block No. 4H, Section 8 (No. 54684h, Section 8); commencing at a point on the eastern boundary of the Maungatautari No. 4H Block aforesaid at a distance of 10150 links or thereabouts from its northernmost angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly generally for a distance of 7426 links or thereabouts to the north-western boundary of the aforesaid block: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4950G, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for a further portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway, namely, portion from the Alfredton Road to Makakahi River:
And whereas all conditions precedent required by law to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such land in the manner hereby provided have been observed and performed:
Now, therefore, I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by section one hundred and thirty of “The Public Works Act, 1882,” and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in that behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is taken for the further portion of the said line of railway hereinbefore specified.
