at a point on the southern side of the Mangakara Stream
opposite to the middle of the road-line which traverses the
Horahora Block (No. 678), being the middle of the road last
above referred to; and thence continuing southerly generally
for a distance of 20176 links or thereabouts to a point on the
Waiteti Stream opposite to the middle of the road-line which
traverses the eastern portion of Maungatautari No. 3H (No. 2)
Block.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are
delineated on Maps Nos. 4950F, 4950B, and 4950c, deposited
in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Auckland Land District,
containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 36 perches and
15 acres and 4 perches respectively, more or less, situate in the
Maungatautari Survey District, and being roads, 100 links
wide and upwards, traversing the Maungatautari No. 4G
(Section 2) Block (No. 5468, No. 4G, No. 2) :-

Road containing 1 acre 3 roods 36 perches: Commencing
at the middle of the southern termination of the road-line
(containing 6 acres 2 roods 32 perches) which traverses the
western portion of the Maungatautari No. 4G Block, being
the middle of the road above referred to; and thence con-
tinuing southerly for a distance of 1976 links or thereabouts
to its junction with the road-line hereinafter described.

Road containing 15 acres and 4 perches: Commencing at
the south-western angle of the Maungatautari No. 4G (Sec-
tion 2) Block aforesaid. Bounded towards the west by a
line, 643 links; towards the north generally by lines, 407.8,
354-2, 265-4, 799-8, 695-5, 440-8, 227-4, 730-8, 134-8, and 886-4
links respectively; towards the east by lines, 245-5, 247-5,
517-4, 279-1, and 251 links respectively; towards the south
by a line, 100-2 links; again towards the west by lines, 206-9,
264-7, and 564-6 links respectively; and again towards the
south by lines, 334-9, 1132-8, 449, 173-8, 227, 286-4, 677-4,
775, 163-2, 356, 274, and 947-2 links respectively, to the
commencing-point.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same
are delineated on Map No. 4950F, deposited in the Survey
Office, Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Auckland Land District,
containing by admeasurement 7 acres 2 roods, 60 acres 2
roods 18 perches, 15 acres 3 roods, 8 acres 1 rood 12 perches,
9 acres 2 roods 16 perches, and 18 acres 2 roods 30 perches
respectively, more or less, situate in the Maungatautari
Survey District, and being road-lines, 100 links wide and up-
wards, traversing the Maungatautari No. 3B Block (No. 5468,
No. 3в) :-

Road containing 7 acres 2 roods: Commencing at a point
on the north-western boundary of the aforesaid block at a
distance of 200 links to the northward of the southern
boundary of the Maungatautari No. 4G (Section 3) Block,
being the western side of the road-line referred to; and
thence continuing southerly along the north-western boun-
dary of the Maungatautari No. 3B Block for a distance of
5258-9 links to its junction with the road-line next herein-
after described.

Road containing 60 acres 2 roods 18 perches: Commencing
at a point on the north-western boundary of the Maunga-
tautari No. 3B Block, being 53-1 links to the southward of the
southern termination of the road hereinbefore described and
the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence
continuing south-easterly generally for a distance of 45053
links or thereabouts to a point on the Waikato River oppo-
site to the middle of the road (containing 18 acres 1 rood 5
perches) which traverses the Waotu North No. 1A Block: be
all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Road containing 15 acres 3 roods: Commencing at a point
on the southern boundary of the Maungatautari No. 3в
Block aforesaid at a distance of 6750 links or thereabouts
from the Waikato River, being the middle of the road last
above referred to; and thence continuing northerly and
north-easterly for a total distance of 13305 links or there-
abouts to its junction with the road-line last hereinbefore
described.

Road containing 8 acres 1 rood 12 perches: Commencing
at a point on the southern boundary of the Maungatautari
No. 3B Block at a distance of 14600 links or thereabouts
from the Waikato River, being the middle of the road last
above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly
generally for a distance of 8329 links or thereabouts to its
junction with the road lastly hereinbefore described.

Road containing 9 acres 2 roods 16 perches: Commencing
at a point on the southern side of the road hereinbefore
described (containing 60 acres 2 roods 18 perches, more or
less) at a distance of 9800 links or thereabouts from the
Waikato River, being the middle of the road last above
referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly for a dis-

tance of 9606 links or thereabouts to its junction with the
road-line hereinbefore described (containing 15 acres 3
roods).

Road containing 18 acres 2 roods 30 perches: Commencing
at a point on the northern side of the road hereinbefore
described (containing 60 acres 2 roods 18 perches, more or
less) opposite to the middle of the road last hereinbefore
described, being the middle of the road last above referred
to; and thence continuing north-easterly generally for a
distance of 17840 links or thereabouts to a point on the
Waitate Stream opposite to the middle of the road (con-
taining 22 acres 2 roods 29 perches, more or less) which
traverses the Maungatautari No. 3A Block.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same
are delineated on Maps Nos. 4855c, 4855D, 4855E, 4950A,
4950D, and 4950E, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
containing by admeasurement 10 acres 3 roods 2 perches,
more or less, situate in the Maungatautari Survey District,
and being a road-line, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing
the Maungatautari No. 4H (Section No. 4) Block (No. 54686,
No. 4H, No. 4); commencing at a point on the south-eastern
boundary of the above-named block being the termination
of the middle of the road-line which traverses the north-
western corner of the Maungatautari No. 4F (Section 1)
Block, and the middle of the road above referred to; and
thence continuing south-westerly generally to a point on the
north-western boundary of the aforesaid block being the
termination of a road-line which traverses the Maungatautari
No. 4H Block: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as
the same is delineated on Map No. 48554, deposited in the
Survey Office, Auckland.

taining by admeasurement 1 acre and 3 perches, more or less,
situate in the Maungatautari Survey District, and being a
road-line, 100 links wide, traversing the north-western
corner of the Maungatautari No. 4F (Section 1) Block,
(No. 5468, No. 4F, No. 1); commencing at a point on the
north-eastern boundary of the above-named block at a dis-
tance of 903.7 links or thereabouts from its north-western
angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and
thence continuing westerly for a distance of 1024-3 links to
the north-western boundary of the aforesaid block: be all
the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated
on Map No. 48554, deposited in the Survey Office, Auck-
land.

Maungatautari Survey District, and being a road-line, 100

point on the southern boundary of the Maungatautari No.
4G (Section 2) Block, being the middle of the road (contain-
ing 15 acres and 4 perches) which traverses that block and
the middle of the road above referred to; and thence con-
tinuing south-easterly generally for a distance of 3060 links
or thereabouts to a point on the southern boundary of the
Maungatautari No. 4G (No. 6) Block at a distance of 40 chains
or thereabouts from the north-western angle of the Maunga-
tautari No. 4G (Section 5) Block: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4855F,
deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

portion of a road-line, of irregular width, traversing the

No. 4G, Section No. 3); commencing at the north-eastern
angle of the aforesaid block. Bounded towards the north
by a line, 164.5 links; towards the south-west by a line,
145-3 links; and towards the east by a line, 100 links, to the
commencing-point: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less;
as the same is delineated on Map No. 4855B, deposited in
the Survey Office, Auckland.

situate in the Maungatautari Survey District, and being a
portion of a road-line, 100 links wide, traversing the south-

(No. 5468B); commencing at the south-western angle of the
Maungatautari No. 3D Block. Bounded towards the west
by a line, 270-4 links; towards the east by lines, 270-3
and 16.5 links; and towards the south by a line, 100 links,
to the commencing-point: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4950н,
deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.
