Proclaiming the Taking and Laying-off of a Road over
Land in the Auckland Provincial District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities
enabling me in this behalf, I, William Hillier, Earl
of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim that the road described in the Schedule
hereto has been duly taken and laid off through the land
specified under warrant of the date given in the said
Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
ALL those parcels of land in the Auckland Land District,
containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods 33.5 perches
and 36.5 perches respectively, more or less, situate in the
Purua Survey District, and being portion of a road-line, 100
links wide, traversing the northern portion of the Maunu
No. 1B Block (No. 3743B): β
Portion containing 2 acres 2 roods 33.5 perches: Com-
mencing at a point on the western boundary of the Maunu
No. 1B Block at a distance of 3824.8 links or thereabouts
from its southern boundary, being the southern side of the
road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly
generally for a distance of 2880.8 links or thereabouts to its
junction with another road which forms the northern boun-
dary of the aforesaid block.
Portion containing 36.5 perches: Commencing at a point
on the southern side of the road which forms the northern
boundary of the above-mentioned block at a distance of
187.3 links or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle, being
the southern side of the road last above referred to; and
thence continuing south-easterly for a distance of 316.1
links or thereabouts to its junction with the road which
forms the eastern boundary of the aforesaid block.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are
delineated on Map No. 5244, deposited in the Survey Office,
Auckland.
Date of Governor's warrant, 25th November, 1880.

Onslow in the County of Salop; Viscount Cranley,
of Cranley in the County of Surrey; Baron
Onslow, of Onslow in the County of Salop, and
of West Clandon in the County of Surrey; Baron
Cranley of Imbercourt; Baronet; a Member of
Her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council;
Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished
Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Go-
vernor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
Her Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same;
and issued under the Seal of the said Colony,
at the Government House, at Wellington, this
nineteenth day of June, in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and eighty-nine.

enabling me in this behalf, I, William Hillier, Earl
of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim that the roads described in the Schedule
hereto have been duly taken and laid off through the lands
specified under warrants of the dates given in the said
Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 6 acres 2 roods 32 perches, more
or less, situate in the Maungatautari Survey District, and
being a road-line, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing the
Maungatautari No. 4G Block (No. 54684g); commencing at
a point on the southern boundary of the Maungatautari No.
4G Block at a distance of 2820 links or thereabouts from its
south-western angle, being the middle of the road above
referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly generally
to the north-western angle of the aforesaid block to its junc-
tion with the road which traverses the south-western corner
of the Maungatautari No. 3A Block: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No.
4950F, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.
Date of Governor's warrant, 30th July, 1885.
All those parcels of land in the Auckland Land District,
containing by admeasurement 11 acres 3 roods and 22 acres
2 roods 29 perches respectively, more or less, situate in
the Maungatautari Survey District, and being road-lines, each
100 links wide and upwards, traversing the Maungatautari
No. 3A Block (No. 54684): β
Road containing 11 acres 3 roods: Commencing at a point
on the eastern boundary of the Maungatautari No. 4H (No.
8) Block, being the termination of a road-line which traverses
that block and the middle of the road above referred to; and
thence continuing south-easterly generally for a distance of
