Approving and Appointing a Bonding Warehouse.

CUSTOMS.-In exercise of the powers in me for this
purpose vested by "The Customs Laws Consolidation
Act, 1882," I, the Commissioner of Trade and Customs, do
hereby approve and appoint the under-mentioned warehouse
to be a warehouse for the reception of goods under bond,
viz.:-

Port of Dunedin.
The New Zealand and South Sea Exhibition Building,
situated on Harbour Board Reserve, Sections 22 and 29,
Block LVI., Cumberland Street and Jervois Street, City of
Dunedin, to be known as

THE EXHIBITION BOND.

Given under my hand, at Wellington, this third day
of May, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-
