and Waitotara, and the Ridings of Okakapu, Porewa, Wa-
ngaehu, Makohau, and Paraekaretu, in the County of Rangi-
tikei, from the first day of May, one thousand eight hundred
and eighty-nine, to the thirty-first day of July, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-nine, both inclusive (subject never-
theless to the restrictions in the said Acts mentioned). And
I do further notify that licenses to take or kill such game
within the said district shall be issued on payment of the sum
of twenty-one shillings each, and that licenses to sell such
game shall be issued on payment of the sum of five pounds
each; and the Chief Postmaster at Wanganui, and the Post-
masters at Waverley, Waitotara, and Marton, are hereby
appointed to sign and issue the said licenses.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Adminis-
trator of the Government, this seventeenth day of
April, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-
nine.

to be a Member of the Napier Harbour Board, the rate-
payers of the Borough of Napier having, on the second
Monday in February last, elected only two members instead
of three, as required by the said Act.
