And whereas the lands specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto were, by the several warrants the dates of
which are specified in the third column of the said Schedule, and the notifications of which were published in the Gazette
specified in the fourth column, temporarily reserved under the authority of the said Act for the purposes specified
in the second column of the said Schedule:

Now, therefore, I, James Prendergast, the Administrator of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, in pur-
suance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by the said Act, do hereby permanently reserve the lands so
temporarily reserved as aforesaid, and enumerated in the first column of the Schedule hereto, for the purposes specified
in the second column of the said Schedule, being the same purposes for which the said lands were so temporarily reserved
as aforesaid.
