UNSURVEYED LAND.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
containing by admeasurement 104 acres, more or less,
situate in the Katikati Parish. Bounded towards the north-
east by the sea; towards the south by a line; generally
towards the south-west by Sections Nos. 1 and 19 of Kati-
kati Parish aforesaid; and towards the north-west by a road
to the commencing-point.

Description of Land: Indifferent soil, chiefly deep raupo
swamp and tea-tree. Cash price, 10s. per acre.

trator of the Government, this fourth day of
April, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-
nine.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the third section of "The Land
Act Amendment Act, 1887" (hereinafter termed "the said
Act"), I, James Prendergast, the Administrator of the Go-
vernment of the Colony of New Zealand, having received the
report of the Surveyor-General in this behalf, as in the said
section is provided, do hereby declare that the rural lands
enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be open for sale or
selection, after the lapse of a period of forty-five days from
the date of the first public notification hereof, in the manner
and upon the conditions mentioned in the said Act, and at
the price per acre respectively set opposite such land in the
said Schedule.
