Run No. 57; area, 4,300 acres; annual rental, £26 17s. 6d.
Run No. 58; area, 2,893 acres; annual rental, £72 6s. 6d.
Run No. 59; area, 2,986 acres; annual rental, £74 13s.

NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned allotments of land will be offered for sale by public auction, at the Denniston Hall, Denniston, on Saturday, the 20th April, at 11 o’clock a.m.

One-fifth part of the purchase money must be paid at the time of sale, and the remaining four-fifths within thirty days next after the time of such sale, otherwise the amount so paid as aforesaid shall be forfeited, and the contract for the sale of the land shall thenceforward be null and void.
