Application for Rehearing.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Chief Judge, sitting
with an Assessor, will, in open Court, at Ohinemutu,
Rotorua, on the 15th day of April, 1889, hear and deter-
mine upon the application for rehearing upon the decision
made by the Native Land Court on the 20th day of August,
1887, declaring the Native owners of Takinihi Tikitapu, being
part of the Rotomahana Parekerangi Block. All persons
interested in the said application are required to attend at
the time and place aforesaid.
