Road containing 1 acre 1 rood 39·3 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern side of the road which forms the north-eastern boundary of Subdivisional Section No. 21 at a distance of 50 links or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly for a distance of 1495 links to the road at the southern boundary of Subdivisional Section No. 167.

Road containing 1 acre and 37 perches: Commencing at a point on the south-western side of the road which forms the north-eastern boundary of Subdivisional Section No. 150 at a distance of 51·4 links from its north-western angle, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly for a distance of 1230 links or thereabouts to the line which forms the southern boundary of Subdivisional Section No. 156.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Map No. 4524, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

Date of Governor’s warrant, 24th October, 1884.

Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir James Prendergast, Knight, Chief Justice, for and on behalf of His Excellency the Governor, and as his duly-appointed Deputy, in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-first day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of “The Land Act, 1885,” I, James Prendergast, in the name and on behalf of His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, and as his duly-appointed Deputy, do hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the Proclamations of the seventh and twenty-ninth days of July, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, so far as they relate to the sections enumerated in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same are hereby revoked; and do proclaim and declare that the said sections are hereby withdrawn from the village homestead special-settlement system.
