Road containing 20 acres and 25 perches: Commencing at a point on the western side of the road which forms the eastern boundary of Subdivision No. 277 of the Kaiti Block at a distance of 136 links or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing westerly and south-westerly generally for a total distance of 20168 links or thereabouts to its junction with the boundary-road aforesaid, at a distance of 180 links or thereabouts from the southernmost angle of Subdivision No. 11 of the Kaiti Block aforesaid.

Road containing 4 acres and 25 perches: Commencing at a point on the northern side of the road which forms the south-eastern boundary of Subdivision No. 269 of the Kaiti Block above mentioned at a distance of 57·8 links or thereabouts from its south-eastern angle, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing northerly for a distance of 4161 links or thereabouts to the south-western angle of Subdivision No. 276 of the Kaiti Block aforesaid.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Map No. 4522, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 7 acres 2 roods 8 perches, 7 acres 3 roods 37 perches, 6 acres 2 roods 22 perches, 3 acres and 17 perches, 2 acres 3 roods 19 perches, and 5 acres and 30 perches respectively, more or less, situate in the Turanganui Survey District, and being road-lines, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing a portion of the Kaiti Block (No. 845):—

Road containing 7 acres 2 roods 8 perches: Commencing at a point on the line which forms the eastern boundary of Subdivision No. 38 at a distance of 52 links or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly generally for a distance of 7555 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road at the northern angle of Subdivision No. 28.

Road containing 7 acres 3 roods 37 perches: Commencing at a point on the western side of the road above described at a distance of 50 links or thereabouts to the north-east of the north-eastern angle of Subdivision No. 31, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly generally for a distance of 7983 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road at the southernmost angle of Subdivision No. 2.

Road containing 6 acres 2 roods 22 perches: Commencing at a point on the western side of the road first hereinbefore described at a distance of 50 links or thereabouts from the easternmost angle of Subdivision No. 33, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing southerly to the south-eastern angle of Subdivision No. 290; and thence westerly for a total distance of 6638 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road at the south-western angle of Subdivision No. 14.

Road containing 3 acres and 17 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern side of the road hereinbefore described (containing 7 acres 3 roods 37 perches) at a distance of 50 links or thereabouts to the north-east of the northernmost angle of Subdivisional Section No. 16, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing southerly generally for a distance of 3106 links or thereabouts to its junction with the road last above described at the south-eastern angle of Subdivision No. 12.

Road containing 2 acres 3 roods 19 perches: Commencing at a point on the south-eastern side of the road which forms the north-western boundary of Subdivision No. 258A at a distance of 53 links or thereabouts from the westernmost angle of that section, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly for a distance of 2873 links or thereabouts to its junction with the road at the south-eastern angle of Subdivision No. 17.

Road, 100 links wide and upwards, containing 5 acres and 30 perches: Commencing at a point on the north-western side of the road hereinbefore described (containing 7 acres 3 roods 37 perches) at a distance of 70·6 links from the southern angle of Subdivision No. 29, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly to the north-eastern angle of Subdivision No. 5; and thence easterly along the Waimata River to the north-western angle of Subdivision No. 11, a total distance of 4530 links.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Map No. 4523, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

Road containing 2 acres 3 roods 26 perches: Commencing at a point on the north-western side of the road which forms the south-eastern boundary of Section No. 216 of a subdivision of the Kaiti Block (No. 845) aforesaid at a distance of 51 links to the north-east of its easternmost angle, being the middle of the road above mentioned; and thence continuing north-westerly for a distance of 2917 links or thereabouts to the Waimata River, at the northernmost angle of Subdivisional Section No. 229 of the aforesaid block.

Road containing 4 acres 3 roods 30 perches: Commencing at a point on the south-western side of the road hereinbefore described at a distance of 85 links to the south-east of the south-eastern angle of Subdivisional Section No. 239, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly as far as the northernmost angle of Subdivisional Section No. 193; and thence south-westerly as far as the south-western angle of Subdivisional Section No. 189, or for a total distance of 4937 links or thereabouts.

Road containing 3 roods 7·6 perches: Commencing at a point on the north-eastern side of the road last hereinbefore described at a distance of 50 links to the south-east of the southernmost angle of Subdivisional Section No. 226, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly for a distance of 797 links or thereabouts to the Waimata River aforesaid.

Road containing 3 roods 8 perches: Commencing at a point on the south-western side of the road hereinbefore described (containing 4 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less) at a distance of 50 links or thereabouts from the northernmost angle of Subdivisional Section No. 225, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly for a distance of 800 links to its junction with another road next hereinafter described.

Road containing 5 acres 2 roods 20·8 perches: Commencing at a point on the north-western side of the road which forms the south-eastern boundary of Subdivisional Section No. 215 at a distance of 55 links or thereabouts from its south-eastern angle, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly generally for a distance of 5630 links or thereabouts to its junction with a road running along the Waimata River at the westernmost angle of Subdivisional Section No. 133 of the Kaiti Block (No. 845) aforesaid.

Road containing 2 roods: Commencing at a point on the south-western side of the road last hereinbefore described at a distance of 50 links or thereabouts from the north-eastern angle of Subdivisional Section No. 178, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly for a distance of 500 links to its junction with another road next hereinafter described.

Road containing 1 acre 1 rood 32 perches: Commencing at a point on the eastern side of the road which forms the western boundary of Subdivisional Section No. 84 at a distance of 50 links or thereabouts from its south-western angle, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 1452 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road next hereinafter described, and at a distance on the north-western side of the same of 50 links from the south-eastern angle of Subdivisional Section No. 94.

Road containing 1 acre and 15 perches: Commencing at a point on the south-western side of the road hereinbefore described (containing 5 acres 2 roods 20·8 perches, more or less) at a distance of 50 links or thereabouts from the north-eastern angle of Subdivisional Section No. 93, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly for a distance of 1094 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road at the southern boundary of Subdivisional Section No. 14.

Road containing 2 roods: Commencing at a point on the southern side of the road hereinbefore described (containing 1 acre 1 rood 32 perches) at a distance of 50 links or thereabouts from the north-eastern angle of Subdivisional Section No. 74, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly for a distance of 500 links to its junction with the road which forms the south-western boundary of Subdivisional Section No. 9, and at a distance of 50 links from the south-eastern angle of that section.

Road containing 1 acre 1 rood 22·8 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern side of the road which forms the north-eastern boundary of Subdivisional Section No. 26 at a distance of 50 links from the north-eastern angle of that section, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly for a distance of 1392 links to its junction with another road at the southern boundary of Subdivisional Section No. 43.
