I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the Longwood Sluicing Company (Limited) as a Limited Company, under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1886.”

The name of the company is to be the Longwood Sluicing Company (Limited).

The place of intended operations is at the Longwood, in the County of Wallace.

The registered office of the company will be situated at Riverton.

The nominal capital of the company is one thousand pounds, in one hundred shares of ten pounds each.
