Land Transfer Act Notices.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within one calendar month after the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

  1. EDWARD CIRCUIT LATTER, LEONARD HARPER, and FREDERICK BANKS.—905 acres 3 roods 5 perches, Rural Sections 1070, 1138, 1154, 1426, 1584, 1614, 1715, 2804, 7671, 7672, and part Rural Sections 1139, 6386, 6440, and 7670, Blocks VII. and XI., Christchurch Survey District. Occupied by John Kinley, Isaac Parish, and Others.

  2. WILLIAM ECKERSLEY.—19 acres 3 roods 36 perches, Rural Section 1295, Block XV., Rangiora Survey District. Unoccupied.

  3. EMILY LUCY HICKS and JOSHUA LITTLE.—68 acres, Rural Section 4636, and part Rural Sections 5838 and 6755, Block XII., Christchurch Survey District. Occupied by Joseph Thompson and the Applicants.

  4. GEORGE ALEXANDER WALKER.—39 perches, part Lot 62, Plan 63, part Rural Section 72, Borough of Sydenham. Occupied by the Applicant and Thomas Felton. Diagrams may be inspected at this office.

APPLICATION having been made to me by DAVID STOTT for the issue to him of a provisional certificate of title for Rural Section 21288, contained in certificate of title Vol. lxxxviii., folio 89, and a statutory declaration having been lodged with me of the destruction by fire of such certificate, I hereby give notice that I will issue the provisional certificate as requested at the expiration of fourteen days after the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
