NOTICE is hereby given that Messrs. KING, WALKER,
AND COMPANY, of Auckland, in the Colony of New
Zealand, have applied, on behalf of Messrs. REYNOLDS AND
COMPANY, to register, under "The Trade Marks Act, 1866,"
the trade mark of which the following is a description :—

Description of Trade Mark.

The representation of a foul anchor, with the letters
"H.R." on either side of the shank of the anchor.

Nature of the Articles to which it is intended such Trade
Mark shall apply.

Butter, cheese, and dairy produce.

March, 1889, payable in one sum on the 1st day of November,
1888.

I hereby certify that the above special order has been
made in accordance with clauses 74 and 75 of "The Road
Boards Act, 1882."

Commissioner of Trade and Customs has decided to
interpret "The Customs and Excise Duties Act, 1888," in
relation to the under-mentioned articles as follow:—

Act, 1882," I, Edwin Mitchelson, the Minister for

scale of charges, to come into force from and after the 3rd
