IN pursuance of the regulations made by Order in Council issued on the fifth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-three, under the authority of “The Native Districts Regulation Act, 1858,” published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 49, dated the seventh day of June of the same year, I do hereby notify that a public pound has been established on section number seven, block eleven, on the plan of the Township of Rotorua.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, this eighteenth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight.
