Road containing 22 acres 3 roods 28 perches: Commencing at a point on the south-western boundary of the Ohungarere No. 3 Block at a distance of 2870 links or thereabouts from its north-western angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly generally for a distance of 22920 links or thereabouts to a point on the western boundary of the Okahurura Block at a distance of 6792 links or thereabouts from its north-western angle.
Portion containing 2 acres 2 roods: Commencing at a point on the Wairau River at a distance of 659 links from the centre peg in the angle of the river-termination of the road which traverses the Ohungarere No. 5 Block, and on a bearing of 121° 46′ from that angle. Bounded towards the north-east generally by the Wairau River; and towards the south-west by lines, 922, 353·6, 309, and 90 links respectively to the commencing-point.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Map No. 4475c, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 3 roods, more or less, situate in the Waipu Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing the Ohungarere No. 3 Block (No. 3620); commencing at a point on the south-western boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 2870 links or thereabouts from its north-western angle, being the termination of a road-line (containing 22 acres 3 roods 28 perches) which traverses the Okahurura Block and the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly to the north-eastern boundary of the Ohungarere No. 3 Block; and thence south-easterly along and within that boundary for a total distance of 4750 links or thereabouts: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4475A, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 33 perches and 4 acres and 33 perches respectively, more or less, situate in the Waipu Survey District, and being road-lines, each 100 links wide, traversing the Ohungarere No. 2 Block (No. 3619):—
Portion containing 1 acre 2 roods 33 perches: Commencing at the middle of the north-eastern termination of the road-line traversing the Ohungarere No. 3 Block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly generally for a distance of 1706 links or thereabouts to a point on the north-eastern boundary of the aforesaid Block No. 2 at a distance of 720 links or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle.
Portion containing 4 acres and 33 perches: Commencing at a point on the south-eastern boundary of the Ohungarere No. 2 Block at a distance of 818 links or thereabouts from its easternmost angle, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly generally for a distance of 4206 links or thereabouts to its junction with the south-eastern termination of the road which traverses the Ohungarere No 3 Block.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Map No. 4475A, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the roads described in the Schedule hereto have been duly taken and laid off through the lands specified under warrants of the dates given in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 30 perches, more or less, situate in the Turanganui Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide, traversing the south-eastern corner of the Kairourou No. 2 Block (No. 827); commencing at a point on the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 791·4 links or thereabouts from the Waipaoa River, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly generally for a distance of 1184 links or thereabouts to the Waipaoa River aforesaid: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4752, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

Road containing 5 acres 2 roods 38 perches: Commencing at a point on the eastern boundary of the Kairourou No. 1 Block (No. 1991) at a distance of 50 links or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly generally for a distance of 5580 links or thereabouts to a point on the western boundary of Matawhero No. 1 Block (No. 1702), being the termination of a road-line (containing 4 acres and 17 perches) which traverses that block.
Portion containing 3 roods 27 perches: Commencing at a point on the south-eastern boundary of the Matawhero No. 4 Block at a distance of 24 links from its south-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing northerly generally to its junction with the road hereinbefore described at the northern angle of the Tauparapara Block.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Map No. 4752, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 rod 38 perches, more or less, situate in the Turanganui Survey District, and being a portion of a road-line, varying in width, lying within and along the western boundary of the Tauparapara No. 2 Block (No. 1550); commencing at a point on the south-western boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 32·2 links from its westernmost angle, being the eastern side of the portion of road above referred to; and thence continuing northerly generally along the western boundary of the aforesaid block to its junction with a road at its north-eastern boundary: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the
