in certain lands situate at Orimupiko, in the said district ;
and in the matter of the application made, in writing, within
three months after such decision was given, by Akenihi
Himiona, a Native thinking herself aggrieved thereby, for a
rehearing upon the aforesaid claim :

I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court,
in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me, do
hereby order that a rehearing upon such claim be had on
the 21st day of June next, at a sitting of the Court to be
then held at New Plymouth, in the said district.
