A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the roads described in the Schedule hereto have been duly taken and laid off through the lands specified under warrants of the dates given in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 14 acres and 26 perches, more or less, situated in the Waimata Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide, traversing the Waihora No. 1 Block; commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the Waihora No. 1c Block, at a distance of 500 links or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle, being the termination of a road-line traversing that block and the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing northerly generally for a distance of 14165 links or thereabouts to a point on the northern boundary of the Waihora
No. 1 Block at a distance of 1155 links or thereabouts from its north-western angle: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4550A, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 2 acres and 17 perches and 2 acres 2 roods 31 perches respectively, more or less, situated in the Waimata and Waingaromia Survey Districts, and being road-lines, each 100 links wide, traversing portions of the Waihora Block (No. 3523).
Road containing 2 acres and 17 perches: Commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the Waihora No. 1 Block at a distance of 1155 links or thereabouts from its north-western angle, being the termination of a road-line traversing that block and the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly for a distance of 2115 links to a point on the eastern boundary of the Waihora Block at a distance of 1079 links or thereabouts from its south-eastern angle.
Road containing 2 acres 2 roods 31 perches: Commencing at a point on the eastern boundary of the Waihora Block (No. 3523) at a distance of 2250 links or thereabouts from its south-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing westerly, northerly, and easterly for a total distance of 2698 links or thereabouts again to a point on the eastern boundary of the Waihora Block (No. 3523) aforesaid at a distance of 35 chains or thereabouts from the Waihora River:
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Maps Nos. 4550A and 4550B, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 30 perches, more or less, situated in the Waimata Survey District, and being a portion of a road-line, 100 links wide, traversing the Waihora No. 1c Block (No. 3523A); commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the Waihora No. 1c Block at a distance of 500 links or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing southerly generally for a distance of 687 links to its junction with another road which traverses the aforesaid block, taken by proclamation of His Excellency the Governor, vide Gazette, 1887, folio 247: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4550A, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

Road containing 2 acres and 38 perches: Commencing at a point on the eastern side of the Waihora Block at a distance of 1079 links or thereabouts from its south-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly and north-westerly generally for a total distance of 2239 links or thereabouts to another point on the eastern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 2250 links or thereabouts from its south-eastern angle.
Road containing 11 acres 1 rood 22 perches: Commencing at a point on the eastern side of the Waihora Block at a distance of 25 chains or thereabouts from the Waihora River, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly generally for a distance of 11395 links or thereabouts to a point on the southern boundary of the Mangaoae No. 1A Block, being the termination of the middle of a road which traverses that block.
Road containing 6 acres: Commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the Mangaoae No. 1A Block at a distance of 1434 links or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle, being the termination of a road-line traversing that block and the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly generally for a distance of 5250 links or thereabouts to a point on the northern boundary of the Mangaoae No. 1 Block, being the southern termination of a road-line which traverses the Paraeroa Block (No. 5266): be all the aforesaid linkages more or less, as the same are delineated on Maps Nos. 4550A, 4550B, and 4550C, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.
