All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 8 acres and 10 perches and 1 acre 3 roods 10 perches respectively, more or less, situated in the Waimata Survey District, and being road-lines, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing the Ruangarehu No. 1 Block (No. 820A):—

Road containing 8 acres and 10 perches: Commencing at a point in the middle of the dividing stream between the Ruangarehu No. 1 Block and the Ruangarehu Block at a distance of 430 links or thereabouts from the Waipaoa River, being the southern termination of a road-line which traverses the Ruangarehu Block and the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing southerly generally, for a distance of 8060 links or thereabouts, to its junction with another road lying 481·5 links to the eastward of connecting-point No. 2.

Road containing 1 acre 3 roods 10 perches: Commencing at a point on the eastern side of the road hereinbefore described at a distance of 4175 links or thereabouts from its southern termination, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing easterly and southerly for a total distance of 1160 links to and along the bank of the Waipaoa River.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Map No. 4503, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the roads described in the Schedule hereto have been duly taken and laid off through the lands specified in warrants of the dates given in the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 14 acres 2 roods 7 perches, more or less, situate in the Maungahawa and Wairere Survey Districts, and being a road-line, 100 links wide, lying along and within the western and north-western boundaries of the Orongomairoa Block No. 3471A; commencing at a point on the north-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 50 links from its northernmost angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly generally for a total distance of 14795 links, parallel to and at a distance of 50 links from the north-western and western boundaries of the aforesaid block: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4537P, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 3 roods 19 perches, more or less, situate in the Whangarei Survey District, and being a road-line; 100 links wide, traversing the Pokapu Block (No. 3808A); commencing at a point on the road at the south-western angle of the Pokapu Block at a distance of 27 links or thereabouts to the north-west of that angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly for a distance of 5870 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road lying within the boundaries of the Pokapu Block aforesaid: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is de-

lineated on Map No. 4492A, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

Date of Governor’s warrant, 27th April, 1887.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods, more or less, situate in the Patutahi Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing a portion of Te Arai No. 2 Block (No. 754); commencing at a point on Te Arai River, being the southernmost angle of the Tapatohe Block. Bounded towards the north-west by a line, 225·2 links; towards the north-east by a line, 209 links; towards the east by lines, 1783, 405, and 140 links respectively; and towards the west by Te Arai River to the commencing-point: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4653, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 21 acres 2 roods 15 perches, more or less, situated in the Tokomaru Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide, traversing a portion of the Tokomaru Block, No. 4322; commencing at a point on the north-eastern boundary of the Tokomaru Block at a distance of 413·4 links or thereabouts to the eastward of the second angle from the Mangapakau Stream, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly and westerly generally for a total distance of 21595 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road leading to Waipiro: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Maps Nos. 4591A and 4591B, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.
