Road containing 27 acres 1 rood 31 perches: Commencing
at a point on the western boundary of the Tuakau Block
(No. 4369) at a distance of 414 links or thereabouts from its
north-eastern angle, being the middle of the road last above
referred to ; and thence continuing easterly generally for a
distance of 27453 links or thereabouts to its junction with a
road-line (containing 64 acres, more or less) which traverses
the Tokomaru Block aforesaid : be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less.
As the same are delineated on Maps No. 4565c and 4565d,
deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.
Date of Governor's warrants, 4th August, 1887, and 27th
April, 1886.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, containing by admeasurement 38 acres 3 roods 28
perches, more or less, situate in the Tokomaru Survey Dis-
trict, and being a road-line, 100 links wide, traversing the
Tuakau Block; commencing at a point on the western
boundary of the Tokomaru Block (No. 4322) being the ter-
mination of a road-line traversing that block and the middle
of the road above referred to ; and thence continuing westerly
generally for a distance of 38900 links or thereabouts to its
junction with the Ormond-Waiapu Road: be all the afore-
said linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Maps
Nos. 4565d, 4565e, and 4565f, deposited in the Survey Office,
Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, containing by admeasurement 28 acres, more or less,
situate in the Tokomaru Survey District, and being a road-
line, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing the Taumata
Patiti Block (No. 4664); commencing at a point on the
north-western boundary of the Taumata Patiti Block at a
distance of 18 chains or thereabouts from the Hikuwai River,
being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence
continuing southerly generally for a distance of 28000 links
or thereabouts to the southern boundary of the aforesaid
block at a point on the same 200 links or thereabouts dis-
tant from the Hikuwai River aforesaid: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Maps
Nos. 4549e, 4549f, and 4549g, deposited in the Survey Office,
Auckland.

land, containing by admeasurement 36 acres 2 roods, more or
less, situate in the Tokomaru and Uawa Survey Districts, and
being a road-line, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing the
Anaura Block; commencing at a point on the southern
boundary of the Taumata Patiti Block (No. 4664) at a dis-
tance of 200 links or thereabouts from the Hikuwai River,
being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence
continuing southerly generally for a distance of 24960 links
or thereabouts to a point on the southern boundary of the
Anaura Block aforesaid at a distance of 1712 links or there-
abouts from the Uawa River: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less; as the same is delineated on Maps Nos.
4549g, 4549h, and 4549i, deposited in the Survey Office,
Auckland.

land, containing by admeasurement 9 acres 2 roods 20
perches, more or less, situate in the Uawa Survey District,
and being a road-line, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing
the Mangatuna No. 1 Block; commencing at a point on the
northern boundary of the Mangatuna Block being the ter-
mination of a road-line which traverses that block and the
middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing
northerly generally for a distance of 9631 links or thereabouts
to its junction with a road-line which traverses the Kopua-
tarakihi No. 2 Block: be all the aforesaid linkages more or
less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4549i, deposited
in the Survey Office, Auckland.

thereabouts to its junction with another road at the north-
western boundary of the aforesaid block, adjoining the
Uawa River aforesaid: be all the aforesaid linkages more
or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4549j, de-
posited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

thereabouts to the Mangapeka Stream aforesaid: be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on

kaka Block (No. 4079); commencing at a point on the
southern boundary of the Wharekaka No. 1 Block (No.
4080) at a distance of 50 links or thereabouts from the Uawa
River, being the middle of the road above referred to; and
thence continuing south-easterly generally for a distance of
11630 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road
—at the Mangapeka Stream—which traverses the Kourateu-
whi No. 1 Block: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less;
as the same is delineated on Map No. 4549j, deposited in
the Survey Office, Auckland.

in the Auckland Provincial District.

A PROCLAMATION.
In pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities
enabling me in this behalf, I, William Francis Drum-
mond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim that the roads described in the Schedule
hereto have been duly taken and laid off through the lands
specified under warrants of the dates given in the said
Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, containing by admeasurement 13 acres and 8 perches
and 1 acre 2 roods and 22 perches respectively, more or less,
situate in the Rangitoto Survey District, and being road-
lines, each 100 links wide, traversing the Orakei Block (No.
1338):—
Road containing 13 acres and 8 perches: Commencing at
a point on the south-western boundary of Orakei Block
being the north-eastern end of the bridge called or known
by the name of Orakei Bridge, being the middle of the road
above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly for
a distance of 5623 links or thereabouts, and thence north-
westerly for a further distance of 7457 links or thereabouts, to
a point on the southern boundary of the Military Reserve.
Road containing 1 acre 2 roods 22 perches: Commencing
at a point on the eastern side of the road hereinbefore
described at a distance of 5623 links or thereabouts from
