Road containing 1 acre 2 roods 10 perches: Commencing at a point on the northern side of the road hereinbefore described at a distance of 1526·3 links from the south-eastern boundary of the Paremata No. 2 Block. Bounded towards the west generally by lines, 1013·2, 90, and 135·5 links respectively; towards the north by the Uawa River; towards the east by lines, 139, 90, and 1024·2 links respectively; and towards the south by a line, 100 links, to the commencing-point.

Road containing 14 acres 2 roods 29 perches: Commencing at a point on the western boundary of the Paremata No. 2 Block, being the termination of a road containing 2 acres and 27 perches, more or less, and traversing that block, and being the middle of the road last referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly generally for a distance of 14666 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road, containing 16 acres 3 roods 2 perches, more or less, traversing the Mangaheia No. 1B Block.

Road containing 1 acre 2 roods 4 perches: Commencing at a point on the northern side of the road last hereinbefore described at a distance of 3150 links or thereabouts from the Patiki Stream. Bounded towards the north-west generally by lines 550 and 90 links respectively to the middle of the Mangaheia Stream, and thence by the middle of that stream north-easterly for a distance of 430 links or thereabouts; towards the north-east by a line, 150 links; towards the south-east by a line, 1021·8 links; and towards the south-west by a line, 100 links, to the commencing-point.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Maps Nos. 4500, 4500A, 4500B, 4500C, and 4496D, and deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

Date of Governor’s warrant, 27th April, 1882.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 16 acres and 24 perches and 2 acres and 27 perches respectively, more or less, situate in the Uawa Survey District, and being road-lines, each 100 links wide, traversing the Paremata No. 2 Block:—

Road containing 16 acres and 24 perches: Commencing at a point on the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 1902·9 links or thereabouts from its southernmost angle, being the termination of another road which traverses the Paremata Block (No. 1117) and the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly and northerly for a total distance of 16150 links or thereabouts to a point in the middle of the Mangahua River at a distance of 32 chains or thereabouts from its confluence with the Uawa River.

Road containing 2 acres and 27 perches: Commencing at a point on the western side of the road above described at a distance of 7159·5 links or thereabouts from the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid Block No. 2, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing westerly for a distance of 2172 links or thereabouts to the western boundary of the Paremata No. 2 Block aforesaid to its junction with another road containing 14 acres 2 roods 29 perches, more or less, and which traverses the Paremata Block.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Maps Nos. 4500B, 4500C, and 4500D, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 40 acres 3 roods 31·6 perches, more or less, situate in the Uawa Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing the Mangaheia No. 1 Block (No. 1015); commencing at a point on the western boundary of the Mangaheia No. 1B Block (No. 1015B) at a distance of 4050 links or thereabouts from its south-western angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing westerly generally for a distance of 350 chains or thereabouts to its junction with another road traversing the Mangaheia No. 1 Block (No. 1015) aforesaid, such latter road being taken by consent of the New Zealand Native Land Settlement Company (Limited): be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Maps Nos. 4494B, 4494C, and 4494D, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 16 acres 3 roods 2 perches, 6 acres 1 rood 34 perches, 2 roods 1 perch, and 1 acre 2 roods 3 perches respectively, more or less, situate in the Uawa Survey District, and being road-lines, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing the Mangaheia No. 1B Block (No. 1015B):—

Road containing 16 acres 3 roods 2 perches: Commencing at a point on the western boundary of the Mangaheia No. 1B Block at a distance of 4050 links or thereabouts from its south-western angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly and easterly generally for a total distance of 16770 links or thereabouts to a point in the Patiki Stream at its junction with another road containing 14 acres 2 roods 29 perches, more or less, and which traverses the Paremata Block (No. 1117).

Road containing 6 acres 1 rood 34 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern side of the road hereinbefore described at a distance of 2778 links or thereabouts from the western boundary of the aforesaid block, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly generally for a distance of 6499 links or thereabouts to a point on the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 200 links or thereabouts from its south-eastern angle.

Road containing 2 roods 1 perch: Commencing at a point on the northern side of the road first hereinbefore described at a distance of 2136·5 links or thereabouts from the eastern boundary of the aforesaid block, being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly generally for a distance of 508 links or thereabouts to the Mangaheia River.

Road containing 1 acre 2 roods 3 perches: Commencing at a point on the northern side of the road first hereinbefore described at a distance of 1432 links or thereabouts from the Patiki Stream, being the middle of the road last hereinbefore referred to; and thence continuing northerly and north-easterly for a total distance of 1275 links or thereabouts to a point in the middle of the Mangaheia River at its junction with a road containing 3 roods 39 perches, and which traverses the Mangaheia No. 2 Block (No. 805).

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Maps Nos. 4494D and 4494E, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 39 acres 3 roods 5 perches, 3 roods 39 perches, and 23 acres 2 roods respectively, more or less, situate in the Uawa Survey District, and being roads, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing the Mangaheia No. 2 Block (No. 805):—

Road containing 39 acres 3 roods 5 perches: Commencing at a point in the middle of the Mangaheia River at the termination of a road-line, containing 1 acre 2 roods 4 perches, which traverses a portion of the Paremata Block (No. 1117), being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing north-westerly and northerly generally for a total distance of 39781 links or thereabouts to a point in the middle of the Mangatokerau River at a distance of 1250 links or thereabouts to the north-west of the westernmost angle of the Mangatuna No. 1 Block.

Road containing 3 roods 39 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern side of the road hereinbefore described at a distance of 5292·9 links or thereabouts from the commencing-point of that road, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly for a distance of 994 links or thereabouts to its junction with another road (in the middle of the Mangaheia River) containing 1 acre 2 roods 3 perches, more or less, and which traverses a portion of the Mangaheia No. 1B Block.

Road containing 23 acres 2 roods: Commencing at a point in the middle of the Mangaheia River, being the termination of a road-line, containing 16 acres and 24 perches, traversing the Paremata No. 2 Block, and also being the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing northerly and north-westerly generally for a total distance of 235 chains or thereabouts to its junction with the road first hereinbefore described.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Maps Nos. 4496B, 4496C, 4496D, and 4496E, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, Lieutenant-General in Her Majesty’s Army, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Companion of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-sixth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight.
