Tahuroa No. 3 Block (No. 1081); commencing at a point on
the north-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block at a dis-
tance of 3755 links or thereabouts from Trig. Station No. 8,
being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence
continuing south-westerly generally for a distance of 26947
links or thereabouts to the south-western boundary of the
aforesaid block: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less;
as the same is delineated on Map No. 4537F, deposited in the
Survey Office, Auckland.
Date of Governor's warrant, 3rd March, 1880.
All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, containing by admeasurement 7 acres 3 roods 27
perches, 13 acres 1 rood 38 perches, and 3 acres 3 roods 29
perches respectively, more or less, situate in the Maungakawa
Survey District, and being road-lines, each 100 links wide,
traversing the Waikuku No. 2 Block (No. 623):-
Road containing 7 acres 3 roods 27 perches: Commencing
at a point on the south-western boundary of the aforesaid
block at a distance of 4785 links or thereabouts to the north-
eastward of the south-eastern angle of Subdivision No. 3,
being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence
continuing north-westerly and northerly generally for a dis-
tance of 7917 links or thereabouts to the Toenipi Stream.
Road containing 13 acres 1 rood 38 perches: Commencing
at a point on the south-western side of the road hereinbefore
described at a distance of 4832 links or thereabouts from the
south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block, being the
middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing
south-westerly for a distance of 13489 links or thereabouts to
the Topehahae Stream.
Road containing 3 acres 3 roods 29 perches: Commencing at
a point on the south-eastern side of the road last hereinbefore
described at a distance of 6871 links or thereabouts from its
junction with the road first hereinbefore described, being the
middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing
southerly generally for a distance of 3935 links or there-
abouts to a line at a distance of 4906 links from the Tope-
hahae Stream.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are
delineated on Map No. 4537G, deposited in the Survey Office,
Auckland.
Date of Governor's warrant, 3rd March, and 22nd April,
1880.
All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, containing by admeasurement 24 acres 2 roods 10
perches, 52 acres 1 rood 14 perches, 20 acres 1 rood 34
perches, 1 acre 3 roods 30 perches, 22 acres 1 rood 32 perches,
5 acres 1 rood 6 perches, 14 acres 2 roods 36 perches, and 8
acres and 27 perches respectively, more or less, situate in
the Maungakawa and Wairere Survey Districts, and being
road-lines, each 100 links wide, traversing the Pae-o-tu-
Rawaru Block (No. 756):-
Road containing 24 acres 2 roods 10 perches: Commencing
at a point on the Mangahopae Stream at a distance of 150
links or thereabouts from its confluence with the Waitoa
River, being the middle of the road above referred to; and
thence continuing south-easterly generally to Trig. Station P,
and thence to the Waitoa River for a total distance of 24566
links or thereabouts.
Road containing 52 acres 1 rood 14 perches: Commencing
at a point on the southern side of the road hereinbefore
described at a distance of 1290 links or thereabouts from the
Waitoa River, being the middle of the road last above referred
to; and thence continuing south-westerly generally for a dis-
tance of 52342 links or thereabouts to a point on the western
boundary of the block at a distance of 1620 links or there-
abouts from the western angle of Subdivision No. 11 of the
same.
Road containing 20 acres 1 rood 34 perches: Commencing
at a point on the southern boundary of the Pakarau Pa Block
(No. 767c) at a distance of 150 links or thereabouts from its
southernmost angle, being the middle of the road last above
referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly generally
for a distance of 20462 links or thereabouts to its junction
with the road last hereinbefore described.
Road containing 1 acre 3 roods 20 perches: Commencing
at a point on the north-eastern side of the last above-described
road at a distance of 781 links or thereabouts from the place
of its junction with the previously-described road, being the
middle of the road last above referred to; and thence con-
tinuing north-easterly for a distance of 1940 links or there-
about to its junction with the road (containing 52 acres 1 rood
14 perches) before described.
Road containing 22 acres 1 rood 32 perches: Commencing
at a point on the southern side of the road (containing 52
acres 1 rood 14 perches) at a distance of 4410 links or there-
abouts from its junction with the road above described
(which contains 20 acres 1 rood 34 perches), being the middle
of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing
southerly and south-easterly for a total distance of 22448
links or thereabouts to the Mangapapa Stream.
Road containing 5 acres 1 rood 6 perches: Commencing at
a point bearing 179° 33', and at a distance of 146 links from
Trig. Station D, being the middle of the road last above
referred to; and thence continuing westerly generally for a
distance of 5291 links or thereabouts to its junction with the
road last hereinbefore described.
Road containing 14 acres 2 roods 36 perches: Commencing
at a point on the western boundary-line of Subdivisional Sec-
tion No. 14, Pae-o-tu-Rawaru Block, at a distance of 516
links or thereabouts from its south-western angle, being the
middle of the road last above referred to; and thence con-
tinuing south-easterly and north-easterly for a total distance
of 14726 links or thereabouts to its junction with the road
(containing 22 acres 1 rood 32 perches) hereinbefore described.
Road containing 8 acres and 27 perches: Commencing at
a point on the western boundary-line of Subdivisional Section
No. 14, Pae-o-tu-Rawaru Block, at a distance of 50 links or
thereabouts from its south-western angle, being the middle
of the road last above referred to; and thence continuing
easterly for a distance of 8170 links to its junction with the
road last hereinbefore described.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are
delineated on Maps Nos. 4537I, 4537J, and 4537K, deposited
in the Survey Office, Auckland.

road-lines, each 100 links wide, traversing Te-au-o-Waikato
Block (No. 759):-
Road containing 10 acres 1 rood 12 perches: Commencing
at a point on the Waitakaruru Stream at a distance of 25
chains or thereabouts from the Morrisville Junction of the
Thames Valley and Hamilton-Te Aroha Railway, being the
middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing
south-easterly generally for a distance of 10324 links or
thereabouts to the Piako River.
Road containing 25 acres 2 roods: Commencing at a point
on the southern side of the road hereinbefore described at a
distance of 8050 links or thereabouts from the Waitakaruru
Stream, being the middle of the road last above referred to;
and thence continuing south-easterly in the direction of Trig.
Station No. 698; and thence south-westerly for a total
distance of 25601 links or thereabouts to the Toenipi Stream.
Road containing 30 acres 1 rood 10 perches: Commencing
at a point on the eastern boundary of the Pakarau Block
(No. 683) at a distance of 11650 links or thereabouts from
its north-eastern angle, being the middle of the road last
above referred to; and thence continuing north-easterly
generally to the Piako Railway-station; and thence along
part of its southern and the whole of its eastern boundaries;
and thence again north-easterly generally for a total distance
of 30316 links or thereabouts to the Piako River.
Road containing 1 acre and 6 perches: Commencing at a
point on the eastern boundary of the Pakarau Block (No. 683)
at a distance of 1510 links or thereabouts from its north-
eastern angle; and thence continuing south-easterly for a
distance of 1040 links or thereabouts to its junction with the
road last hereinbefore described.
Road containing 11 acres 1 rood 7 perches: Commencing
at a point on the eastern boundary of Te-au-o-Waikato Block
at a distance of 4359 links or thereabouts to the southward
of Trig. Station No. 750, being the middle of the road last
above referred to; and thence continuing westerly generally
for a distance of 11296 links or thereabouts to its junction
with the road hereinbefore described (containing 30 acres 1
rood 10 perches, more or less).
Road containing 16 acres 3 roods 35 perches: Commencing
at a point on the south-eastern side of the road hereinbefore
described (containing 30 acres 1 rood 10 perches, more or
less) at a distance of 2271 links or thereabouts from the
western boundary of Te-au-o-Waikato Block (No. 759), being
the middle of the road last above referred to; and thence con-
tinuing easterly and south-easterly generally for a distance
of 16968 links or thereabouts to the eastern boundary of the
aforesaid block.
Road containing 5 acres 3 roods 35 perches: Commencing
at a point on the eastern boundary of Te-au-o-Waikato
Block (No. 759) at a distance of 5370 links or thereabouts
from its south-eastern angle, being the middle of the road
last above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly
and southerly generally for a total distance of 5996 links or
thereabouts to the southern boundary of the aforesaid block.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same
are delineated on Maps Nos. 4537Q, 4537R, and 4537S, deposited
in the Survey Office, Auckland.
