A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the roads described in the Schedule hereto have been duly taken and laid off through the land specified under warrant of the date given in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 8 acres and 34 perches, more or less, situate in the Coromandel Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide, traversing the Kaimarama Block No. 1966; commencing at a point on the Waiparuparu Stream, being the termination of a road-line traversing the Weite No. 3 Block (No. 2043), taken under Proclamation by His Excellency the Governor (vide Gazette 1887, folio 1192), being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly generally for a distance of 8122 links or thereabouts to a stream which forms the south-western boundary of the Kaimarama Block aforesaid, at a distance of 490 links or thereabouts from its confluence with the Whangamaroro River: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4677, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.

ALL those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 18 perches and 2 acres 33 perches respectively, more or less, situate in Maungakawa Survey District, and being portions of a road-line, 100 links wide, traversing the northern part of Kahutopanoa Block (No. 761):
Portion containing 1 acre 3 roods 18 perches: Commencing at a point on the western boundary of the Kahutopanoa Block at a distance of 284 links or thereabouts from its north-western angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing easterly for a distance of 1865 links or thereabouts to its intersection by the northern boundary of the aforesaid block.
Portion containing 2 acres and 33 perches: Commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the Kahutopanoa Block at a distance of 57 chains or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly and north-westerly generally for a total distance of 2201 links or thereabouts to its northern boundary.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Map No. 4537A, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 2 roods 33 perches and 2 acres 1 rood 36 perches respectively, more or less, situate in the Maungakawa Survey District, and being road-lines, 100 links wide, traversing the southern portion of the Kerihoni Block (No. 1075):
Portion containing 5 acres 2 roods 33 perches: Commencing at the easternmost angle of the Kerihoni Block, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing south-westerly for a distance of 5706 links or thereabouts to its intersection by the southern boundary of the aforesaid block.
Portion containing 2 acres 1 rood 36 perches: Commencing at a point on the southern boundary of the Kerihoni Block at a distance of 1860 links or thereabouts from its south-western angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing easterly and south-easterly for a total distance of 2474 links to its intersection by the southern boundary of the aforesaid block.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on Map No. 4537B, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 13 acres 2 roods 3 perches, more or less, situate in the Maungakawa Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide, traversing the Nga-Kuri-a-Ruru Block (No. 1510); commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 2600 links or thereabouts from the Piako River, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing southerly generally for a distance of 13521 links or thereabouts to the southern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 2950 links or thereabouts from the Piako River aforesaid: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4537C, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 11 acres and 33 perches, more or less, situate in the Maungakawa Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide, traversing the northern portion of the Kiwitahi No. 3 Block (No. 1099); commencing at a point on the western boundary of the Kiwitahi No. 3 Block at a distance of 1820 links or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence continuing easterly generally for a distance of 11205 links or thereabouts to its intersection by the Pakarau River: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4537D, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 5 acres and 23 perches, more or less, situate in the Maungakawa Survey District, and being a road-line, 100 links wide, lying along and within the western boundary of the Purewa Block (No. 1074); commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the Purewa Block at a distance of 100 links from its north-western angle, being the eastern side of the road above referred to; and thence continuing southerly for a distance of 5142 links parallel to and at a distance of 100 links from the western boundary of the aforesaid block to the Totorokura Stream: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 4537E, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.
